Explain how would be an asset to this organization?

Good morning mam/sir,

This is Nandini. Coming from Piller.

I completed my B-Tech from Sree Rama Engineering college.

About my family. In my family four members and including me. My father is a former, my mother homemaker, and my brother is prepared group 2 exams.

My achievements participate in a poster presentation on Vidyaniketan and rangoli competition in my college.

My short term goal is to get the job in reputed company.

My long term goal is higher position in our company.

My hobbies are listening to music and watching movies. Thank you.

I can take an order, I know my place and I fall in line easily. However I have the potential to be a strong leader, I learn quickly and think out side the box. Basically, I have the capacity to fit where you need me and be what you need me to be at all times giving 110%.

Create a happiest environment with hardworking, dedication and inspire the employees to work efficiently.

The discipline, hard work, dedication and determination of the employees make them assets to the organisations.

I will set myself as an example in front of others with my dedication towards my work and also create a friendly environment so that every person working in this organisation can interact with each other to solve the difficulties or share their views without any hesitation which will indeed help the betterment and development of the organisation.

I will create a friendly environment for employee and I never place a stress on them.

I do my best to to provide for the best ever expected. I know and understand the need for sacrifice, extra time, punctuality, and thoughtful interventions for the better services and productivity so as to provoke an exponential growth in the industry. I rely on new research results and I am courageous enough to try out new strategies. I believe that I can have any job done not only on time but doing it excellently.

I think my previous experiences in my previous company improved me in different aspect like being flexible to different types of people and environment that I need to deal with. I am more now a great team player.
