I think qualification is just a certificate nothing but a paper. As a fresher, I don't have any work experience. So I don't think that I am overqualified for that job.

No, I am not overqualified for this position. As a fresher I only have theoretical knowledge not practical knowledge. And practical knowledge makes a person overqualified for any position.

I don't think I'm overqualified, because I just start to learn the things theoretically, I want a platform to do practically. If you give a chance I will prove myself.

Sir/madam.

I have theoretical knowledge as good. This is my first experience for this job. I did not k now about practical knowledge. That means I'm qualified but not overqualified.

To start off a career, no one is over-qualified. One learns a lot by Joining any position then get to know about his strengths and weaknesses by working some time and then frame his career based on his experience.

No sir.

In my opinion, how anyone can be overqualified for one job if he/she didn't have any practical experience in that field. And me being as a fresher I only have theoretical knowledge and a lot to learn by applying it practically.

And in my views, even if we have some experience in that field there's always something new to learn from a new job or a new company.
