Sir, I am a fresher I am not a qualified then how I can be overqualified. I will try to be knowledgeable then automatically I can be qualified. If I will be qualified then after sometimes I will become overqualified.

I may satisfy the qualification criteria, however I'm still new to this association and it's work culture. I accept there are things that I have to find out about working with you. So as I would like to think, I'm not over qualified.
