It doesn't matter if I am overqualified or not. The fact is I have enough knowledge and skill for the given job and I can use that to give satisfactory performance. Also, overqualification doesn't makes me unsuitable for the job.

If I am overqualified I will fit for this job. As a fresher, I am having only the theoretical knowledge but don't have practical knowledge. If you are giving me a chance to learn practically then only I can consider me a well qualified not overqualified.

I don't think so. Qualifications are not only criteria for a job. Our skills, knowledge and talents matters, which only can be shown practically and I think your company will prove to be the best platform.

Mam/Sir, I don't think so there is any job that is low for saying a person is overqualified for it because even after being qualified there will be so many things to learn and apply, until a person does it on his own he won't be knowing completely, so a person can't be said as an overqualified person, I believe I'm not overqualified nor unqualified for this work but I have ability to learn and cope up eventually.
