I think over qualified means in both practical as well as rhetorical knowledge. I can agree of you tell on the basis of theoretical knowledge but in practical I know I am under qualified. So I have to improve my self and thus I think I am just qualified candidate for this job.

Sir, I'm a fresher. so that I am having only theoretical knowledge but not having any experience in any job. In my view, I'm thinking that experience is more important than knowledge. So that, I don't think that I am overqualified for this position. Thank you, sir.

If you think I am overqualified then that a compliment for me!
For me, I don't think I am over qualified as I have only theoretical Knowledge and practical knowledge. And when it comes to knowledge learning never ends.
So, being freshers I am not over qualified.

For me, I don't think that I am overqualified for this position that I'm applying for. I may have my knowledge during college but learning it in a real situation will allow me to gain more experience, knowledge and skills that I will be needing for this position.

No.
Qualified or overqualified it's all upon knowledge. Which will be proved at practical?
In a company, work is practically so there is no one is overqualified. If there is any overqualified then company knows, there will be better work for overqualified.

If I am overqualified I will fit for this job. As a fresher, I am having only the theoretical knowledge but don't have practical knowledge. If you are giving me a chance to learn practically then only I can consider me a well qualified not overqualified.
