Overqualified? Some would say that I'm not overqualified but fully qualified. With due respect, could you explain the problem with someone doing the job better than expected?
I'm here because this is a company on the move and I want to move up with you. With more than the minimal experience to just skim by, I offer immediate returns on your investment. Don't you want a winner with the skill sets and attitudes to do just that?

I may fulfill the eligibility criteria, but I'm still new to this organization and it's work culture. I believe there are things that I need to learn about working with you. So in my opinion, I'm not over qualified.

Sir, according to the company's requirement a master degree in public administration is an added advantage. So with my diploma in pUB. Administration, l am neither under qualified nor over qualified for the job. To do this job is more of the ability and the knowledge rather than the paper.

No.
Qualified or overqualified it's all upon knowledge. Which will be proved at practical?
In a company, work is practically so there is no one is overqualified. If there is any overqualified then company knows, there will be better work for overqualified.

For me, I don't think that I am overqualified for this position that I'm applying for. I may have my knowledge during college but learning it in a real situation will allow me to gain more experience, knowledge and skills that I will be needing for this position.
