I can say that if I was over qualified then I would have applied elsewhere, not in this organisation.

One can be overqualified only if they had to do number of things again and again. Now we talking about different grounds and platforms. What I achieved may be just a basic entry for this position considering many factors.

If you are considering my theoretical knowledge then I am qualified for the job but if you are considering about my practice knowledge I m just qualified.

I used to think overqualified, if I'm going to face zero difficulties for the job I'm going to do. But anyways, I will face them, because it will definitely going to help my career growth. Thank you.

Sir/mam, I know practical knowledge will be an always higher priority than theoretical knowledge. But as a fresher, I don't have any experience. But I had done an internship in data entry so that l am having experience of that.

No sir, I don't think I'm overqualified. I have only theoretical knowledge from my bachelor's degree, even though I have done a few projects in various phases of engineering, that won't match the level of practical experience required in Industries. So, I just believe that I'm qualified with enough knowledge in my field of education.

I think I'm qualified for this position because I'm just a beginner and have a lot more to learn.

I'll consider myself just well-qualified, not overqualified. Because learning never ends.

Qualification that you see is mere numbers on the mark-sheets, and as our education system would have it, it fails to quantify our skill. If Qualification is all that you see, I can assure you a robot can do your job and you won't need humans. As per my limited knowledge, my skills are at your disposal which can give you a satisfactory performance.
