Sir, according to the company's requirement a master degree in public administration is an added advantage. So with my diploma in pUB. Administration, l am neither under qualified nor over qualified for the job. To do this job is more of the ability and the knowledge rather than the paper.

I don't think I'm overqualified, because I just start to learn the things theoretically, I want a platform to do practically. If you give a chance I will prove myself.

No sir.
In my opinion, how anyone can be overqualified for one job if he/she didn't have any practical experience in that field. And me being as a fresher I only have theoretical knowledge and a lot to learn by applying it practically.
And in my views, even if we have some experience in that field there's always something new to learn from a new job or a new company.
