Sir, if you are running a hospital wouldn't you prefer to hire an overqualified doctor who can quickly and correctly diagnose the patients and provide the appropriate medication. I am sure you won't prefer doctors who prescribe medication without proper diagnosis. But that is what can happen if you hire inexperienced doctors.

Yes, I am overqualified but I can list at least 6 profitable benefits, that can rid your organisation of some business ailments. That's the advantage of hiring an overqualified person like me.

I think overqualified people better than qualified people. I feel better if I am overqualified as we are living in a competitive world because the best always better than good.

No sir, I don't think I am overqualified for this job, in my opinion, qualification does not come with theoretical knowledge, Experience makes you more qualified because analyzing the situation in real-time makes us more prominent.

No Sir, I don't think so. Because there is still a lot to knew, yes may be I have a knowledge in particular field. But this a new field for me. So I don't think I'm over qualified.
