We Need More Entrepreneurs than Managers

For a nation like India entrepreneurship stands far ahead than being a manager.

1) New startup will provide nation with new job opportunities which will help nation in fighting unemployment.

2) As an entrepreneur you can reap all the benefits of your hardwork whereas working for a company most of the individual are underevaluated with respect to their hardwork.

3) Majority of Indian workers fall under the category of cheap labour for such companies, so becoming your own boss can provide one with better life.

4) Even the biggest of Multi-National companies started from a scratch so starting so a new startup can have a chance of growth far beyond imaginaton.

5) Establishment of new startup may increase the foreign investment in the country which can improve the value of Indian Rupee in Global market.

Moreover I want to conclude the topic with the statement that "It all starts from a idea which not only makes the life better but easier".

Hi, friends entrepreneurship is the way to reduce the population of an unemployed man in India.

As we know, India has a huge population and because of less opportunity job, many candidates.

Become unemployed which is also lent to our country towards of decreasing the development.

So entrepreneurs could possible to overcome this problem, As and a nice think, I want to share with Indian entrepreneurs, is according to a measurement of less age of man for entrepreneurs is called to India its mean we have to glad for this. This is really a good indication of being a development India, I hope so one day no man will unemployed in India actually not possible but. Hope is the way of the goal.

Simple Example Is That Ambani Group; there are many types of business open by this group. IS entrepreneur look up all business? No, actually their managers manage all business and take a part of success. So that entrepreneurs and Managers both are the important factors for the successful organization.

I agree with it since Entrepreneurs are someone who introduces some new concept and give a new dimension to the development of a nation. In a developing country like India, there is a need for entrepreneurs who can bring their thoughts into play and help towards the development. We can take the example of Mark Zuckerberg who is the CEO of facebook. We all know what change has facebook brought in our lives. Moreover, it has given a new dimension to communication.

On the other hand, managers are good at managing the things which are already introduced into the society. Managers can help carry forward the idea once it has been implemented.

Hence, I will always be in a favour of having more entrepreneurs than managers.

Entrepreneurs are the risk takers and managers are the performance takers.

Entrepreneurs invest money they adjust money.

Entrepreneurs are the creators and innovators while managers are the recruitment directors.

Out of all the points, that they are the one body and one soul or can say that 2 sides of the same coin.

So entrepreneurs are helpless without managers and managers are useless without entrepreneurs.

But some will have talent in managing the small scale industry some can manage the large scale also. According to me, if you become an entrepreneur you should get some new ideas and innovations that should be implemented in this world. Those who can't get some new ideas but they are well talented in managing means they can go according to there path. My conclusion is that "who are all well talented on their own path they can go head according to their wish".

I think we need more entrepreneur's as they take risks on a new idea or new innovation which they think will work in future. While manager's work is to provide fruitful ways to achieve it. If the venture fails, manager would only lose his job but entrepreneur will loose his whole venture.

Also, in a country like India unemployment is problem so, more entrepreneurs mean more employment opportunities for people.

Also, India will grow at a good rate.

One very simple question.

If there will be limited Entrepreneurs then where The Upcoming Or Present mangers are gonna apply there C.V?

The more entrepreneurs = The more managers required.

Less entrepreneurs = Less managers required.

No entrepreneurs = no managers required.

Risk are only stake taken by entrepreneurs and managers only manages to effectively minimize the risk and maximize profit for entrepreneurs.

Entrepreneur is a tree and managers are branches of tress for a common sake to grow fruits. But there is no fruit & branches without tree. Like for there should be more entrepreneurs than managers in any economy in any region of a country.

According to my opinion entrepreneur are more important than managers because the entrepreneurs have their valuables resources which can be established for starting the new business.

If there are no entrepreneurs; no work for managers as for as concern India is the highly populated country with more youth population. The young people have their creative ideas and new innovation which can be used for new start-ups in the nation ; the experienced people can be managers should make the young entrepreneurs go in the right way.

Thus entrepreneurs are trees and managers are branches who helps to make a fruit; without trees, there is no branches and fruits.
