We Need More Entrepreneurs than Managers

In my opinion we need entrepreneurs than the managers because the business is started by the entrepreneurs they provide everything which is needed for running the the managers are the second one who manages the all the thinks so without the entrepreneurs the need of the managers not arise.

According to me, a country like India which contains a huge population of 1.25 core. It needs more manager to the successful implementation of the programmes. India government has started lots of programmes which are a failure due to good Management.

My opinion is that we should have more entrepreneurs than the managers, but on the other hand for developing the any business their should be a good manger but the entrepreneurs it can take this post and he may manage all the things required for his business.

It is not possible that every one is being entrepreneurs but if possible we required more entrepreneurs because only entrepreneurs provides good job to the people.

I think what we must strive for is an entrepreneurial mindset even in managers so that they can bring in innovation and calculated risk taking in all the projects they handle. This will definitely give a sharper edge to the ability of managers to contribute their part in the growth apart from managing.

Also in India we need to encourage individuals who seek to venture out in the unknown territory because not everyone can do that! We need entrepreneurs to build new things indigenous without which our country will remain dependent on the world for its pace of growth!

Hi, friends entrepreneurship is the way to reduce the population of an unemployed man in India.

As we know, India has a huge population and because of less opportunity job, many candidates.

Become unemployed which is also lent to our country towards of decreasing the development.

So entrepreneurs could possible to overcome this problem, As and a nice think, I want to share with Indian entrepreneurs, is according to a measurement of less age of man for entrepreneurs is called to India its mean we have to glad for this. This is really a good indication of being a development India, I hope so one day no man will unemployed in India actually not possible but. Hope is the way of the goal.

It is true that entrepreneurs and managers walk hand in hand. But I would like to add a small point. I think one aspect of importance is availability. If you give it a thought, you might know a lot of managers but very few entrepreneurs. What my point is we need More entrepreneurs than managers because we already have a lot of managers all over India? But very few entrepreneurs. Here in our country, we are taught to achieve financial security but to avoid risk. That's why we need to encourage the concept of entrepreneurship and hence we need more entrepreneurs.

We need more entrepreneurs because FDI are started making impact in all sectors. We need young entrepreneurs to develop our own manufactured products. Learn how to work and start a company in a year. I did like that.

Rightly said, I agree with the thought that the importance of either entrepreneur or manager can not be underestimated. Both have complimenting roles to each other and both have new challenges. Yes, today, the business environment has become more volatile; so, we need strategic management methodologies; may it be use of Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma.

In my concern we need more managers rather than an entrepreneur. Because he is a person those who initiate or start business in that Entrepreneurs we need more more managers.

This growing area of industries and cut-throat competition we need to focus more on maximising profits in a smart way rather than opting for a hard way. Entrepreneurs, as we all know, have innovative ideas and they come up with implementing their ides into reality. Hence they are smarter than the managers who work hard all day to maximising profits. Entrepreneurs provide us with more and more job opportunities which are real important in a country like India. Entrepreneurs take us to the different aspects of business as well as doing business with their innovative and visionary mind. Thus giving an add-on to the business field. Moreover one should prefer being an employer than an employee himself which we can achieve by becoming an entrepreneur with our creative minds! Hence in schools and colleges too students should be encouraged to become an entrepreneur by holding several product making competitions which will invite several ideas at one place and proper guidance should be given to convert those ideas into reality! After all, we need more entrepreneurs and their respective ideas rather than just a manager who acts as a mere servant to entrepreneurs!
