We Need More Entrepreneurs than Managers

See what I think that manager comes from the entrepreneurs, why because to be a manager we need much of skills, capability to handle decisions, efficiency to get the work done, etc which can from entrepreneurs. If we have qualification then we can be managers. But to be an entrepreneur we need to have those characteristics which can ideally be needed to become a manager.

India is one of the largest country in terms of population and our is facing biggest problem i.e. unemployement.

This can be solved by entrepreneurs than managers. The entrepreneurs can increase the country economy rate and GDP too.

In my point of view, the person who is going to start a business as an entrepreneur should have to manage skills to run a business. Before being an entrepreneur he/she has to work in a company for at least 3 to 4 years to learn about the industry.

Once they learn the industry they can manage the business until they reach a certain height they have to keep everything under control, and for that entrepreneur should have to management skills. Or else he will be dependent on the manager for the progress. Fully dependent on others should be avoided in a business.

My conclusion is entrepreneurs should have managing skills to take the company to the next level.

In my opinion, we need more entrepreneurs than managers. An entrepreneur can generate more such entrepreneurs. He can boost employment in a country. Which will eventually contribute to the development of an economy. An entrepreneur is already a manager. More entrepreneurs means more future managers.

First of all I thank to this this type of question because, this question is usefull for ever including me also. And my view point is entrepreneur because he creating a business he's only face all the problems and difficulties but manager is a employee. He do this job only. A company to gone a loss he not effect he try to another job. But the entrepreneur is not to go other business. Hates of all the entrepreneur.

I strongly agree with the statement. A healthy situation for the economy is to have the right blend of managers and entrepreneurs. When the entrepreneur starts a businesses they still need the services of the managers. However the largest proportion must be skewed to the entrepreneurs as these create jobs for the managers and reduce unemployment, and also efficient use of excess resources for the benefit of many.

I think our country sterling to development GDP production new technology, major reason behind of it, lack of entrepreneurs not lack of talent not lack of management, entrepreneurs mean " the person who is able to tack risk, and creation is must so we have need entrepreneurs not management at the time".

According to my view, our nation needs more entrepreneurs as startups generate employment and equally, managers are also required to runs the business which will keep on generating employment for our youth population.

It will help to improve our economy.

My point of view about this topic is, first of all, we have to work in some MNC to see and understand the working environment and how to tackle the situations. And after having experience in management part, people can open or become the entrepreneur.

But who will bring those ideas into actions?Those who dare to bring their ideas into practice and create something new, something innovative is the real leaders in today's highly competitive world. If you run out of ideas you are gonna loose the race sometime in near future. Managers do a fine job by ensuring that the ideas implemented are properly functioning. But what will they do if there is no idea?Steve jobs to Mark Zuckerberg to Bill Gates all of them have one thing common: they thought out of the box, they possessed the highly entrepreneurial spirit. And today we have apple, Facebook and Microsoft. Why do we fail to create such world-class companies?because of the lack of entrepreneurs.

We must foster and develop the environment where entrepreneurs are appreciated, assisted and recognised if we want to see any Microsoft like company coming from India.
