We Need More Entrepreneurs than Managers

For a nation like India entrepreneurship stands far ahead than being a manager.

1) New startup will provide nation with new job opportunities which will help nation in fighting unemployment.

2) As an entrepreneur you can reap all the benefits of your hardwork whereas working for a company most of the individual are underevaluated with respect to their hardwork.

3) Majority of Indian workers fall under the category of cheap labour for such companies, so becoming your own boss can provide one with better life.

4) Even the biggest of Multi-National companies started from a scratch so starting so a new startup can have a chance of growth far beyond imaginaton.

5) Establishment of new startup may increase the foreign investment in the country which can improve the value of Indian Rupee in Global market.

Moreover I want to conclude the topic with the statement that "It all starts from a idea which not only makes the life better but easier".

Because to avoid brain drain as many of our country's young talented students move to other countries to get more opportunities handsome salaries which really affects the growth of our country (E.G) GDP and I think becoming and entrepreneur would attract most of them to start a business in our country and be job providers.

According to my view, our nation needs more entrepreneurs as startups generate employment and equally, managers are also required to runs the business which will keep on generating employment for our youth population.

It will help to improve our economy.

A manager is confined to his job and responsibilities only. This consists the innovation qualities. But when we will think of an entrepreneur, it is full of innovation. Who are the more risk takers and innovators, they are the entrepreneurs? Anyway, the industries are the backbone of our growth, GDP and unemployment also. When an entrepreneur employs 10 workers, then we have to think how many will get benefit out of it? Answer is, if each worker has 5 members in his family, then in total 50 will get benefit out of it. And finally, you will get heartily satisfaction.

A manager role is very important to the growth of a company as well as an organization. But an entrepreneur role is very much important for the growth of the country as well as the economy of the country. To rid the word unemployment in the country entrepreneur role is much important than a manager.

I think probably, the Entrepreneurs hand is up concerned with more opportunities of financial growth of individuals in order to sustainable development and solvation of employment critics. As concern towards managers, they are working under entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs are free for taking the own decision towards handling corporate competition.

To me, the entrepreneur is more important than the manager, because entrepreneur gives us a chance to become a developed nation and take the risk. An entrepreneur is a tree of mango and manager is a link, so we cannot ignore Manager.

In my opinion entrepreneur and manager both are important for an organisation because the manager cannot be an entrepreneur but an entrepreneur can be a manager and he can do the work of managers as well as an entrepreneur. In developing countries like India need of an entrepreneur is more than a manager because they have resources but they don't know how to utilize their resources for this honourable prime minister of INDIA Narendra Modi ji bring the concept of start-up India. In this they have given many opportunities for those who wish to open up their venture or an enterprise by this employment can be removed so I believe in that entrepreneur is more important than the manager. The manager helps for the companies growth but entrepreneur helps for the overall growth of the country.

The best way to understand the importance of both entrepreneur and manager is a lavish, sophisticated car which needs a driver (entrepreneur) and wheel (manager). A car cannot function well without a good driver and even after having a good driver it cannot move without its wheel. But the transformation from developing to the developed nation can only happen when we get rid of the word unemployment. For this, we need to respect new thoughts and ideas coming out of brains which otherwise can become 'Brain Drain'. Their efforts need to be assisted, appreciated and recognized. We are happy to have a Modi-led government who is trying to take all possible steps to make entrepreneurs feel safe and have a smooth experience while opening a new business. We need to understand that if we want a Microsoft or Apple companies from India then we need to support such talents.

Managers should be more than entrepreneurs because,

1. While running business entrepreneurs needs managers this indicates that entrepreneurs is not capable of running a business alone he needs more managers.

2. I think entrepreneurs only provides financial assets for organization.

3. If entrepreneurs have an ability to run a business then why he appoints managers, the same work can also be done by the executive.

4. Start up a business is possible but long term assurance is given by managers, not entrepreneurs.
