Research said 2 out of 10 entrepreneurs get succeed because of difference in strategic planning and decision making so it is one kind of risk and fear in the mind of many people they do not get chance for entrepreneur instead of that they choose the safe option of manager therefor today that is the reason for more managers than entrepreneur therefore today we need to encourage more entrepreneur with excellent managers which can increase the success of business and will lead to job employment and economic development.

For every company or firm, both are very important, both play a vital role to the enhancement of the company, A entrepreneurs can also be a manager of that company, entrepreneurs built the company and manager manage that.
But for a growth of the country, entrepreneurs should be in large in number. Because India's population is large. To manage this, entrepreneur should be larger than the manager. Manager play a role for the growth of company where entrepreneurs help to growth in country's GDP.

Acc to me, We need more entrepreneurs than the managers because entrepreneurs taking a risk and create new ideas for expanding his business and for the growth of the society but management is only taking a performance risk.

Entrepreneurs are the one's with the innovative thinking and have a certain belief in their idea and thought process, eventually executing them in a well-organised manner while on the other hand managers are the ones have an equal amount of leadership and teamwork qualities which are required for managing any firm or institute.
So, both managers and entrepreneurs go hand in hand but as far as country's development is a concern. Yes, we need new idea's to come forward so entrepreneur is required in more number.

As per me,
- Entrepreneurs may be more effective for a society, they are the ones who create jobs for the people who may be managers but not entrepreneurs.
- More entrepreneurs implies more jobs.
- More revenue for the people as well as for the country.
- More role models for the youngsters.
Word managers may sound good but they always have to work under pressure with less scope of creativity and experiments in their work. But anyhow the are important.
So the balance between the two is important.
- Entrepreneurs may be more effective for a society, they are the ones who create jobs for the people who may be managers but not entrepreneurs.
- More entrepreneurs implies more jobs.
- More revenue for the people as well as for the country.

There is the wave of entrepreneurship that has emerged in India. And, I believe that to become an entrepreneur a person should have the ability to take risks, make firm decisions and should not fear losing. India needs more entrepreneurs for development but that does not mean that we don't need managers when a company grows it'll need more people and one person alone can not handle everything. Being an entrepreneur and manager requires different skill sets and both are important for a business to run.

I think yes we need more entrepreneurs than manager because by the entrepreneurship is much more important from managers. Because it's not important that if you become a manager so you have more ideas for doing a things in the positive way.
And also because for entrepreneurship its not important by your education its a attitude of entrepreneur's showing them as a good entrepreneur. IT WELL said by a person if we need to becoming a developed country so we should be increase the no.of entrepreneurs.

Hi friends, I agree with this topic.
But some will have talent in managing the small scale industry some can manage the large scale also. According to me, if you become an entrepreneur you should get some new ideas and innovations that should be implemented in this world. Those who can't get some new ideas but they are well talented in managing means they can go according to there path. My conclusion is that "who are all well talented on their own path they can go head according to their wish".

I believe we need more managers than entrepreneurs. The fact is simple, with a lot of entrepreneurs we can surely have a lot of new companies and ideas, maybe even jobs but it will be transient. Managers are the key holding a company together. Who does what, when and how is all determined by the managers. Hence it's clear, we need entrepreneurs, yes, but for every entrepreneur, we need at least twice as many managers if not more.
