Hi Friends,

In my opinion, the given topic may stand true in some instances but cannot be agreed totally.

Yes while taking an MBA degree, the candidate do thing think of the incentives attached with it but at the same time the MBA degree doesnot guarantee of getting huge salaries. After all, a person can only make big in business if he has the required leadership and managerial skills. Also how his strategies and plans prove effective in the current global market also holds significance. This tests how effective he can use his learnings from the B-school for his benefit. Moreover our country may have hundreds of B-school but how much value-addition they are doing too matters.

No, I probably don't agree with this concept that "Rush for MBA is really a Rush for Big Money, because the world is updated with various professions which would fetch a huge amount of money as salary or remuneration. Of course MBA provides the skilled MBIANs with higher financial growth but mostly people doesn't pursue for that reason.

If anyone does an MBA for financial growth then he surely would result in job dissatisfaction. It depends on the individual skills, talent, knowledge, presentation etc for pursuing an MBA. If we have such skills we would definitely have big money rushing after a perfect MBIAN.

The MBA will pay you good only if you are doing it from a very reputed college. The colleges who accept the standard methods of choosing their student, can might be treat as a good college. Otherwise doing MBA will not worth.

Hai. ! friends.

As we discussing about the rush for MBA is really rush for big money I strongly oppose it, see majority of people will do MBA to learn management skills few for qualification. But not for big money. Presently we can see many of the MBA graduates on roads as a job less, its completely wrong thinking that you do MBA then you earn more money.

Surely not everyone who has an MBA degree gets well paid but it'll be fabrication to say that all MBA aspirants are interested just in knowledge and not money. Infact, the truth is the opposite. It's the quickest way to get rich and people are opting for this shortcut!

So yes the rush for MBA is actually the rush for money.

Hi all,

Some engineering students joined in colleges due to some kind of forces from the parents. Such students may not be interested to work in their field. So, they want to divert from that path. Some students may really interested in doing MBA. They have spent much money for BE. And MBA. They want to payback to their parents. So I agree.

Yes i agree with the statement, most of the students join MBA course aiming high salaries in the future and deserves high position in very short period. most of the students spend lakhs together for MBA and they look for good returns on investment(ROI)as MBA teach us that.

Getting a MBA degree is just not about getting a huge money. Its all about getting a chance in a reputed organisation at a decent designation with a justifiable salary package to prove his/her worthiness. Because in the current scenario, "To get something we must have something. Having something inspires us to do something extraordinary for the welfare of society as well as of the organisation."

According to my point of view it is true because in this scenario every one wants to earn more and more money, they do MBA to earn money because MBA provides good and easy jobs and the growth in MBA is also very good. The company wants MBA's to do job on their company. So they provide a good salary package.
