There are 70,000 MBA colleges in india and 1,90,000 seats for total pool of 3.5-4 lakh mab candidtaes. So it shows the how the people join the mba course. it is one and only course that not affected by stream like science and math or any other every one is free to do MBA and it's one and only course that groom u as fast as you possible and you cn get the best job according to your self.

Yes, Now a days most of the students do MBA just for earning fast money, keeping all their interests aside. To be creative and innovative it doesn't need a MBA degree, its just your own ability to think outside the box. But in order to learn corporate management you must be trained for that which comes from MBA and getting a MBA degree will really act as an add-on for any individual.

The Rush for MBA is really a Rush for Big Money.

Dear guys, I appreciate all your concerns. But doing an MBA is like being a master in business. Most of the people do MBA because they belong from business class family. They grew up in that environment, so they think of only one thing i.e. business. That's why they do MBA. Because it's the last step for guys who likes to do business.

Hai everyone.

This is very interesting topic.

From my point of view the rush in MBA is the full game of income. Today all person want to live a good life. All person want to earn more and more because all know the MBA is the best way to earn more. Mba from IIM gives not only the big job but also give the tag of IIM. I think the rush for the MBA is 90% for the big money.

Thanks.

In my view the main reason of getting MBA degree because if any person is done 10th, 12th and graduation. But he did not get 60% criteria in 10th, 12th and graduation. So that person always think that if I will do MBA than we can get job very simply. And after getting MBA+exp. So we can get good job in market with good salary. And after getting experience no matter of criteria.

No doubt MBA provides a very good platform to youngsters but mere MONEY cannot drive someone to choose a path because to make money you have to be successful in that field for which you need interest, dedication, that urge to go ahead and aim to become better and better.

So if someone chooses MBA keeping money in mind then he is likely to find himself in dead end at some time.

According to my views opting MBA after graduation can be for various purposes, and as a rational human being money comes 1st but its not the only sole purpose it serves.

Many want to do it to get an add on to their skills, personality or to be master in a particular field (finance, HR) anything of their choices or to attach their name with prestigious institutions like IIM's.

Frankly speaking rush for MBA in current Indian scenario is a rush for money. We can see that there are now 5000+ B-schools in business and only 7% of the students are fit for employment. Also, there is a lack of education choices among Indian students which will help them earn good package. That is why MBA is becoming a big deal for money rather than knowledge and management.

Hi friends.

With due respect to all of your thoughts.

I think success is the attitude a person want and for this he need skills and MBA is a great platform for that. Many people run their own business and motive is to earn money and money. There are no two way thinking in it. MBA is a great start for success, but it doesn't ensure your success in that you need to hard work.

Doing MBA is not for the quick rush of the money. Just answer a question, do you like a high profession with low salary or low profession with high salary? an educated person gives first preference to the high profession only. In case if we get low salary after MBA, we don't disappoint much because we gain a legend skills from it.

So I don't agree with this concept.
