Hello, everyone.
MBA means master in business. In this 2 year course, we study about accounting, business etc. But I don't think in these two years we would be gaining much about managing things and business. I think managerial skill can be developed as we grow in organisation.
If we talk about one of the famous personality Arundhati Bhattacharya, CEO of SBI, she does not hold any MBA degree, she is just a simple graduate. She started as a PO in SBI. But her continuous effort and experience have led her to be what she is now.
So, I can say that the rush for MBA is really a rush for big money. But at the same time, It's not true for all. But in majority case it is true. If I ask you all that how many of you are here want to do MBA just to understand business. And it is nothing wrong in rushing to make big money, after all, we are spending about 10-12 lakh rupees in two years. If we leave few section of society which may include those who owns family business, are pursuing MBA just to make a huge sum.

Hello Everyone.
Our topic is "RUSH FOR MBA IS REALLY A RUSH FOR BIG MONEY" let us consider it from beginning before selecting any college what will be the foremost thing you'll want isn't it package for example consider two colleges you are confused to choose with both having exactly same teaching methods, campus, good faculties, etc but packages differ so what will be your response, where to go? Its very natural to select the one which is offering more.
Secondly, MBA doesn't only provide knowledge it develops your managerial skills required in any aspect before selection of college you wasn't having any skill but wanted to have more money so after getting skilled, guess what will be scenario. Of course why not, whether its premier school or ordinary business school, whether it charges you huge fees or not, whether the school assures you of having good package or not, in whatever situation don't you think that you'll be eager to have even more money than previously thought before having any knowledge and skill.
People who want to start up their own business or run family business in both the situation they will need to survive and to survive they have to compete with others and you'll need to have more profit than others. Put yourself in above mentioned both cases and ask why you'll need to have managerial skill.
If someone from your family still knows how to run business or even if you are starting on your own there will be very few people answering who love the job of managers they love to be manager in every aspect of life and wants to get more skilled at it so there is only one negative point.
At last, I would like to conclude that single point is not sufficient enough to divert from topic so yes, rush for MBA Is really a rush for big money.

Yes, some how we can say that but if anyone have a rit perspective towards MBA this statement would have called rubbish and another reason might be that people who wish to do MBA want to explore themselves rather than money.

100%. Rush for MBA is really rush for big money. Personally, I am doing MBA just because of money. Now a day people want money because we know that without money there is nothing. Students chose only those type of colleges which give good packages n after done the MBA they want to go in a multinational company or top company. And, MBA is not only for money you personally improve your communication skill, managerial skill, personality, etc. And the MBA was such a most interesting field.

The Rush for MBA is really a Rush for Big Money but it's totally depends on the placement of college and college repo and well capability of candidate how skilled he is his communication skill, management, knowledge, experience. If actually you have all these skills and from good college for sure the above statement 100 percent true for you.

Hi there! I am against of this rush for MBA is not just for money, because in this two years of managerial studies the persuing graduates will be developing their managerial skill how to handle the business or the accounting or the finance part everybody will be developing their skill in their respective background. If someone is interested to start his business or run his patriarchy business, in this case, he/she is doing just get to know the tactics.
I agree that yes it does MBA gives money but to the deserved ones but that's a side part.

Yes. I do support the line "The rush for MBA is Rush for Big Money. MBA is a course with a Masters to a bachelor's. Doing masters help us in getting a good package in the companies. We can get a good position which we deserve to get in. MBA teaches beyond studies, like how to face society and how to deal with managerial situations.
