Science Is A Boon Or Bane

Science can be both a boon or a bane. It depends on the individual how they use it. By science and technology, one can live a life comfortably and efficiently.

Advantages:.

It helps in the development of a country. Many inventions are based on science and technology, such as vehicles. Mobile phones, security by using CCTV and many more.

In the earlier generation, there was no proper transportation due to which people used to struggle to move from one place to another. Transportation also helped in exporting goods which gave foreign exchange. Patients are also able to reach hospitals at the proper time. Technology also helps in surgeries such as transplantation. Mobile phones help in communication with people far away. Mobile phones have helped in many ways. CCTV cameras are used for safety due to this crime rate also decreased. So, science is a boon.

But there is a contradiction for this point too.

Disadvantage:
Science helps in industrialization which is helpful in development but it has its disadvantages as it leads to pollution, global warming, and depletion in the ecosystem. It is hazardous to health. It disturbs the natural habitat. By using mobile phones there can be many crimes done. CCTV are also fixed in trial rooms in shopping malls. This leads to sexual harassment. Many destructive inventions are taking place with the help of science such as nuclear weapons which led to destruction during the time of world wars. We can take the example of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Due to the destructive explosion nearly 2, 26, 000 people were killed.

By this, we can conclude that science is a bane.

So, it depends on the individual how they use science. Thus, science is both a boon and a bane.

On the behalf of me, science is a bane because it directly effect our health and our life. Due to this science we can not real taste of our foods because our food is prepared by uriya khad and many other chemicals. It's effect our health.

Science has also discovered industries, and from industrial waste, there is harm to our environment, and when it harm to our environment many health hazards is also there for us.

I am Maharasi, In my perception, Science is a Neither Boon nor Bane. I agree that all above points. But, everything has 2 way (good and bad). For example, the earth has both blight and dark. If it is only light or only dark means we are not live in this world.

So that Science is neither boon nor bane.

Science is bane because science may always harm our body.

If there is no science there would be no human we will be roaming as a monkey for centuries. Because of our Ancestors, we have been developed with science. Thinking that our science is bane means it means our Ancestors are completely wrong and we would be needed to be roaming around like a monkey forever and in spreading unknown health problem.

In my opinion, it is both boons as well as bane and it only depends on the way how we utilize it.

For example, nuclear bomb and other weapons were made for protection and defense BT when we see it's negative side many countries use it as a means to attack not for defense.
