As per our discussion we have two side. But today based on our cost living we need more more money so unfortunately we depends on mnc at the same time who said mnc companies are not taking care of our health, the are spending more than our Indian companies, here without consistency we can't able to survive, in our Indian company we can survive because of assertion. They are not allowed.

In my personal opinion , many of our indigineous companies have been flushed out of the market due to the arise of MNC. With huge inflow of amount and higher technical expertise,it is like david and goliath. Since the people havent able to withstand the competetion, they have withdrawn. True development is the one which each and every section of people have a share in it. But the advent of mnc's only have widened the gap. If we want to move a step forward, it lies only on the encouragement of indigenous companies.

In regard to this topic I would like to say that globalization has seeped in the Indian roots so much that it is inevitable and not desirable that any country like India can survive without these supporting pillars of globalization. Actually it has been started due to the low productivity, red tape and other issues like corruption also.
It has been observed that the productivity and profit has increased heftily due to the private companies coming into the foray i.e. PPP-Public private partnership. Some companies which are at the verge of going down the sustainable level, then these MNCs come to there rescue often with conditional.
But a large chunk o public sector companies are profiting form this. We can take the illustration of the coal mining. 90% of the coal mining in India is done by coal India which is a public sector owned company. Largely the coal blocks are allocated to them. The result is non-expedient process of mining which is a hurl back at the economy itself because most of the power generated in our country is through coal plus there are coal mafia also indulged. MNCs are giving lots of employment opportunities also to our young generation which are looking every time to have a job in public sector.
The added advantage of these companies is the transparent process of hunting the candidate. These companies has infused a sense of rapprochement with the outside world also, breaking the so there is also mutual cooperation and understanding. With the added advantage of FDI now MNCs can invest in Indian companies without having a second thought. Conclusively it can be said if India puts its manpower and resources to work in collaboration with the outside world effectively and efficiently that is can fuse a sense of reliability among Indian investors and also the world we see to it the Indian growth story.

Hi Friends, According to me Everything has pros and cons same with multinational companies.
MNC'S are providing very good opportunity to people to earn according to their work they will get chance to go abroad and live lifestyle that they want. But IT'S are sit together more than 12 to 14 hours continuously without taking any break. Just because of this lots of health problem will start in very small age like B.P, Sugar. Tension, Headache. Etc.
IN Government sector we are sure about our job. We are not getting satisfactory salary. Even jobs are very less in Government Sector. But who get job are relaxed in their job. Working hours are comfortable. That we couldn't get in MNC'S.

Hello friends.
We can not say that MNCs are devils. Because every thing has certain positive and certain negative effects. In case of MNCs, positive effect is that it provides a lots of job for people. A big group of people work in MNCs. I know most of the people wants to work in government sector but it is not possible for government to provide job everyone.
The negative effect of MNCs is that job security is not here. Also workig hour is more in MNCs but for this they also pay more salaries.
So in conclusion we can say without MNCs we can't imagine to remove unemployment even at certain level.

Its a bad thinking, to saying that MNC are devils in disguise. Because now a days every one want to be a part of any multinational company to some extent we can say its a burning desire of job seekers to get a job in MNC.
They provide a excel stands and future for their employees and polished them practically as compare to other local and national companies. MNC are running their works in different country but the good thing is that MNC give equal opportunities to their employee it doesn't matter from which county he belong.
MNC just follow and make practice to implement their policies same in all their premises in the world.

According to me MNC's are not at all devils. Many of our friends are saying that MNC's make the employers to work for more hours but every man achieves his/her goal by working hard.
Without working hard man cannot be benefited.
Govt jobs offer less work but at the same time salary is not satisfactory.
MNC's help in technological development in our country.

From my point of view, MNC's are not devils. Because of MNC's only many people are employed and leading a cheerful life. Nothing comes without working hard. If we work hard we will be paid for it. By MNC's only Indian economic standard has raised. Many investments from the foreign country took place and by that unemployment problem has been sorted off. They truly recognise our talent and we are paid more than we expect.

Now-a-days, having a govt job is going to be a matter of daydreaming for a young graduate, for them MNC is the best possible solution to establish in life quickly and meet the demands of his family. Jobs in mnc is not like remaining in the same position for 10-12 years and then achieve a promotion, one can achieve what he want to achieve within the time span decided by himself.
