Though MBA is overrated but there are college who are making management degree worth going for. Like one of the top b-school in Delhi NCR called EMPI Business School helps the student inculcate the habit of managing work-life balance with the help of its serene campus life.

I completely discard the point of job security raised by Sachin as no of job looser were highest at the time of recent slump.

And also MBA are not that much over rated because till in ruler India comprising 60%of the population govt jobs are much vaunted.

I don't think MBA is overrated but those students who did MBA are not willing to work in India because of the money they have spent for the education and every one in the world likes to take back the money which they are invested right.

I think in India there is a great opportunities for MBA students but it is only failure when a person have low level knowledge about the practical work of the industries. So it is important to gain maximum knowledge of the market.

No, it is not true. There are many benefits of doing an MBA. It gives you a better job, salary and work experience. But still some students are not able to get a good job after MBA. It can be done with the help of internship.

Moreover MBA holders are like to do their job in India itself. Because they should show their talents and be proud to their nation. So, now-a-days most of them preferred mba. For that mba in India is highly over rated.
