Management Education in India

Management education in India is going high compared to the earlier days, this is because everyone is wanting to be an enterprenuer of tomorrow, people of these days do not want to work under anybody, they themselves want to become the boss. So for the foundation of starting the business of there own people look in for the management education.

Management is not a word. It is a process which can do any type of work in a good manner.

Let's start the topic of Management education in India. I think management is the best education in India. Because this education will provide better communication skills and best motivation. Management is very best and important for the economy and our business. Management is a set of principles relating to the functions of planning, organizing, directing and controlling, and the application of these principles in harnessing physical, financial, human, and informational resources efficiently and effectively to achieve organizational goals. Thanks.

India has many management colleges but they are teaching theoretical knowledge any of the students does not have practical knowledge. Management education means planning, organising, Directing, controlling if they do not have any practical knowledge there is no use of learning it.

According to me, management education is not satisfactory in India. Because in management study we teach the students how to take the work from other person being a manager. But unfortunately we find its unable after doing one's management course. It should be start after 12th in UG and in PG both after each year there should be industrial training at least for one month so that the student could develop the ability of decision making, personality development, communicatiin skill, practical knowledge, dynamic industrial environment, changing govenment policies etc.

I think we can't judge the entire education system of MBA in India every tier of city college of MBA have different Experience with students as I am in touched with many of my UG friends they are doing MBA in various city either tier 1 tier 2 tier 3 every college wise they provide quality of education in tier city student not get better quality education but somehow big colleges with extra fees provide quality of education educated staff.

I think 90% MBA colleges with extra fees 90% more than average college provides students with career development by providing guest lectures and arranging faculty experts these small things help in overall career development and make future-proof students with academic growth.

With every college students get different experience at last according to that they get placement at last with college value its also depend on them. Everything mostly depend on fees.

Actually the problem is that the education before management in India is not wide it's limited, and that is very bad. 16-17 The age of a student is a time to decide on the future. It may not be a perfect goal, but does he do a job or a business?

This decision should we taken through learning to search that student should do itself. But what is happening society is telling it which do not know the markets. Job they have very less knowledge the society know BBA BCom MBA for commerce and science B-Tech. This is very limited. Now we have to explore the business knowledge about entrepreneurship about starting the startups, about exploring the world, about doing something very big.

Management is good. But we need a better education before that.
