According to me, we can't choose one option when we talk about the youth of India that whether they are confident or confused. Some people are very confident about their future. Their Aim is very clear that they want to go in a career in which they are genuinely interested. Some people follow the trend which is guided by parents and teachers without thinking about their interest. So for these type of people, we can say that they are confused.

I think that Indian youth are not getting their path or platforms to express their talents in a good way, so they seemed to be confused.

Indian youngsters can work hard to achieve their goal than other country's youngsters, most of the Indian is willing to work in foreign countries, I wish this conditions must be changed, and the all should work for their countries.

Good day.

I must say that our youth is confused rather than confident. Because the who pass out or completed his masters he or she is totally confused that now what to do weather go for a job or for a business or startups.

They are not able to choose which stream they want to pick up. That also done by their parents, relatives, society and by friends. They have the confidence to do it but they are unable to take a decision that who they will to it. They always need a guide for that. So our youth in somewhere in between of both nor confident nor confused.

Hi every one,

In my sight, I can say that the Indian youth are confusing about choosing their career because they are not getting proper guidance from their parents. If the parents are not educated then it is not possible for giving guidance to their children. If the parents are well educated then the don't want to give any chance to their children for choosing desired career. Another big problem in India is government, our govt fluctuating between politicians. They can change the way of govt in order to get profit for them. From this it is clear that instead of youth in India the politicians are very confident about their career.

Yes, youth of India was confused due to lack of confident. There was no proper education system which provide a pratical knowledge. It means our education taught only theory knowledge and mainly educational institutes goal was to pass every one whether they gain knowledge or not. And when you go to a 12th class student and asking them what is your goal so many were confused because they don't know their goals. And also the present situation in India was looks like if a student was not get job, the people recognise him or her as a uneducated one and can't fit for any purpouse. Youth of India has more power and skills but we have to present properly by providing proper education facilities.

Hi everyone,

This is Shayan Sabri.

In my opinion, the youth of India is more confused than confident. I am giving an example if someone had taken engineering by their choice and thought that he will get a government job but result time he realised after getting his graduation there is very few opportunities in government sector job. All the psu, as well as ESE examination, is seized by the government and given to the private sector. At that time due to very good competition as well as corruption how a poor or a middle-class family could get more confident.

But in the present scenario, NEP has been introducing by the government in 2023 actually this is a good decision by the government where students would have an option to take subject to own their choice so that in future that student would make their own start-up/own business. As we know it is not possible for everyone to get a job in the government sector so someone might get a job in the private sector and pursue their career in that field and being confident.

Thank you!

Hello everyone,

My opinion is that the youth of any country is the future of the country. But today's era, youth is not confident, they are totally confused. Actually, they know which specification was taken but they don't know how to proceed in that specification due to lack of awareness and guidance. So you can take an example from engineers many students adopt different field because they have an interest in that but after 4 years why they will not take the field related job. Our youth are not fully confident and not have a proper goal. That's why some students are unemployed due to above reason. Thank you.

As I experienced in my life, I think there is more percentage of confused youth in India than confident youth. This is because students after completing 12th standard don't know in which field they want to go. They opted the option which either their parents want or that option which is selected by their friends. This is a hard reality and it happened with me as well. In the third year of my B-tech, I realised the whole education system and felt that I could do better in another field. The root cause of the confusion is we don't know what do next and what are the after effects of doing that. The other reason is that the parents of the present generation are not so literate. They don't have knowledge of various entrance exams that their child has to face. That's why there is a lack of knowledge and early preparation.

According to a survey conducted by a private organisation, about 90% engineering students in India is not suited for software companies. The students are completely unaware of the requirements of the software companies. That's why either they remain unemployed or works for lower wages.

A sign of relief is that the new generation knows the Indian education system and completely aware of the right time of doing right things.

Thanks.

Hey everyone.

As per my observation, Indian youths are confused more than confident. As the fields are increasing they are confused about how to show their talent and which is the right platform to their talent. If they got the platform confusion in how to present their talent and how to reach the people. It is because of the use of mobile phones, they all are connected through the networks not with the reality. When the youths come to know the reality of connecting with the world they will come over with the problem of confusion.

Hello everyone,

I think the youths of India are confused at every stages of their life. This confusion starts at the age of 15-16 when they finish their 10th and decide for higher studies as in which stream to be done, because of their interests on one hand and social pressure on the other. Finally when they finish their 12th, the second phase of confusion begins, whether to follow their dreams or continue in other ways unwillingly maybe due to their financial background or due to family pressure. Those youths who continue further and pursue a professional degree unwillingly or willingly will face the next biggest challenge of their career, confusion commences again as to wait and try for core jobs as per their technical expertise, or else just simply settle for some call center jobs, IT companies, etc. In spite of their academic qualification and knowledge in a particular stream. This is mainly caused due to unemployment which is a chronic problem in our country right now. Well, this is the ultimate confusion the youth faces, as to acquire a permanent satisfying job, till these phases terminates, the youths would be confused, in my point of view.
