Hello, everyone.

Most of the people are having confused about their career. Because they don't have proper guidance and some people don't even have their goals. If have also they don't how to approach at that particular goal. Because they never "Think out of the box". They will think is this will happen with us, they will be in some kind of phobia. They will not have confidence to move on with their goal.

First, they should have to believe in themselves. Then surely they can overcome up with his confusion.

Hello everyone.

In my opinion, the youth is the young and Dynamic persons. But there is no support from parents and elders. If there is a support to them they will the hero's in the world.

Another important thing they should know about their talents. In that way, they will move up on.

Hi,

I think, youth of India is not confused because they well know that what they have to do. They focus on their future. They have there owned thoughts and belief. But, one thing is there they don't know very well how to achieve their goal. Yes, it's human nature, because if you are going to do any kind of new activities you have some fear but once you get involve in this then it, s gone. And one thong is that if youth of India get to practice more and more obviously they know very well they explore their future goal.

In my point of view, youth of India is confused not confident. I am saying this because many youths want to become something else but they become something else and for lifetime they feel guilty for this. Indian youth take their decisions especially their "CAREER DECISION" in the pressure of their parents and society. The biggest drawback of India is that "THE INDIAN CITIZENS ARE PATH FOLLOWERS NOT PATH CREATORS". They just go on blindly following the path of the successful person without being aware of that that everyone has different ability, and concept to change the world. We have to understand one thing that everyone has different field of interest if Indian youth work in their field of interest and will create their own path they will surely get dynamic success. Successful people have been sharing their story to embolden us not to create their replicates. They share their feeling just to give us a message that everyone have different vision to see things. So, just understand your vision and enlighten your life. But Indian youth take this in a different and start to follow their path blindly. Indian youth thinks that if we blindly follow the path of one who is successful now no matter whether it is a student who was selected in IIT or a person who became successful in their life, we become successful. Actually to be honest it is not a mistake of Indian youth actually it is a mistake of their parents. I am saying this because, from childhood, parents taught us to be with the one who is so called "TOPPER" in your class, school or college and follow what they do only then you will become topper. See, these things are inside us since childhood, since childhood we are path followers. So, how we can get out of this trend easily. In India, unemployment is big an issue just because of all this stuff. In India, we don't have a platform for our field of interest. If we do Engg, medical, MBA or want to become IAS officer then it's ok we have lots of opportunities to show our skills but other then that we don't have a platform to show our interest. Even our society have a mindset like this that if a kid does Engg MBA medical or preparing for IAS then he or she is brilliant but kids want to become a dancer, see their future as a dancer then he or she is a fool. With this type of backward mindset, how India can become a developed country? Death ratio of Indian students is increasing day by day just because they are confused they chosen the wrong path and is not capable of bearing pressure of competition which forces student to end their life. That's why INDIAN YOUTH now a day is confused more than confident. The only way to overcome from this stuff is that Indian student needs to understand their vision, their ability to change the world and also I just want to say that parents should support their kids in their interest so that they can become emblematic for other.

Hii.

I think youth is confident.

It is rightly belive that the young people of any country is its biggest asset.

As we know India is the second fastest growing economic in the world and it is believed that youth of this country projected in a right direction.

As we know the world has opened his door for the Indian youth because of their confidence and they make their name.

Today Indian universities each year produce thousand of student who are capable of excelling in all field and due to their confidence they are world famous.

Many youngsters has an idea for their future and they try to achieve it.

Youths are confident but are confused by around them.

Hi.

In my opinion, Indian youth are in confusion, because India is not supporting games and some cultural activities, so even they are good at something but they are not willing to move their step towards their interest and they are unable to fulfill their goals.

Hello,

The topic does not clarify about the confusion or confidence in which domain of decisions.

If trivially we chose the domain career then many Indian youth are more confused than confident because the education does not provide necessary skills and awareness for any employability.

In other domain like marriage, enjoyment, applications of technology they are pretty confident.
