Is Management Education Required for Business?

Management education is not a mandatory thing to run the business successfully. If the person is capable of dealing with the people, knowledge about the business, hard working nature, dedication, leadership skills and passion for achievement can definitely become a successful man. But management degree is an added advantage because when the organization is small things are easy, when the size of the organization increases the functions are more and things became complicated during that case it helps you to take proper decisions, management and for long run survival of the business.

I would like to say that Management Education is important because we can deeply study in management How can we manage our profession. These things we can`t learn without management study. So Professional Courses are going on i.e. BBA, MBA;.

In my point of view education, skill, experience is the ingredient to management. They are not compulsory but Successful business person most have these ingredients to be extraordinary. We need to add all these ingredients parallel. For example: We spent around 25 years to get education of business then start working, it takes more than a decade to completely understand the business concept then few more decade to be expert. At that time we will be at retarding age.

So education, skill, experience are equally important and should be taken in parallel.

Management education is not all about having book knowledge, its about having practical knowledge and how we apply this knowledge or how we relate this knowledge to our day to day working. Management is about how we manage ourself or how we present ourself in front of others.

According to me management education is required. And I agreed that experience is the best teacher but at same time I think that for gaining experience you need time. And if you do anything without knowledge then there are more chances of mistakes. And till you gain experience may be you had already spoiled the work.

I want to give an example, suppose I am an engg and someone give me a product to launch in the market, then how could I do it without knowing who are the target of the product, how can I attract large no of people, how to market it in a efficient way, by which means I can market it? If I want to go with experience than I need lots of time to gain experience first. And may be I made so many mistakes in the process of gaining experience.

So I think if we had educational knowledge we can easily use it in not only our work but also in gaining experience and also can efficiently complete our work without much mistakes.

Yes, Management education is not an essential ingredient for your business. I do agree that many of the top businessmen don't possess an MBA degree. But not everyone can become such a famous and successful businessman without the proper education in Management. Management education trains you in a way that you can excel in your business without much of a loss. If you try to learn business at the cost of your mistakes you'll probably be spending all your life learning it. MBA is a wise choice !

Today's World what matters is how well you can carry your Business and how you deal with the business scenario.

So it depends from person to person of conducting the business.

Some may require the basic knowledge of the Management, since He/She may not be completely aware of running the show.

But in some cases it is not true, they learn to do or else they manage the business as they grow in their Professional out of experience.

Or they Learn how to manage out of experience.

But to achieve the excellence and to be ahead in the competition one need to go make the proper study of the management, to have a eye-opener towards conducting a Excellence Business.

Not at all. Management Education is not required for business but inner ability, inner virtues. Dhirubhai Ambani was not a management degree holder. He started his career from the short and on the base of his ability and positive affords he got the bigger, higher and more than he had desired. Even there are other examples which tells the same.

So only having Management education is not enough, you should have inner instinct to get what you desired in business.

Management education is important, because every successful business man in the country should have managed both the product & people in an efficient manner. Some of them had greater skills in management, hence they don't require management studies. But we, those who have quite good skills will take much time to get that kind of knowledge on management. During the study itself, we will be fully prepared for the management of the people & product. It will be saving the time & also improvise our management capability.

I think Management education is not necessary because if we have a great experience for a long time and we take all the managerial decision than obvious our company is go to the way of success.
