As per me, management education is required so that we can work more effectively and efficiently.
Even be safe from committing mistakes due to which many of the businesses fail.
As management education is just the experience gained by successful managers that why it helps us to take correct decisions and avoid committing mistakes.
As 90% of the businesses fail due to lack of proper management.

I totally agree with the point that "experience is the best teacher". But nowadays, there is a fierce competition in the market and in order to run a profitable business the prior knowledge about it is good for the business.

Hi, friends.
According to me, management study is necessary for running a business in a better way. For the sake of argument, some of you may take the names of some famous businessmen who did not have proper management degree but are very successful, but they are very few and they may be gifted people, for most of the common people, we need proper education on how to run a business.

According to me.
Mangers are not born. Some of them can be born with the golden spoon.
People need certain set of skills, knowledge and experience to do business. Management education is one such subject that makes students aware of the business environment.
Considering steve jobs are all drop out from the best colleges.
It also depends upon the instincts and family background.

According to my point, education is most important for business management why because the manager is big and long time period run of business after owner manager is lead control planing and organizing the business these skills is basic need for business management so how to lead without educational for business management. :) thanks.

I think that management education is required or not, both is important because as above said that many famous business persons are not that much educated but through their skills, knowledge, innovative ideas, leadership qualities, confidence and much more they have become a successful business persons accordingly. If people take the management education they will have new techniques, ways of how managing the people. Product and the business with less time consumption and improved capability.

According to me management education is not important for business. In India so many people are depending on business and many successful business man's are not certified on MBA but they are getting more profits. Management education is only helpful for how to manage the people and knowledge of business but it's no use.

Management education is necessary, because management is backbone for a business. Many of you will say if management is necessary then how these people like Dhirubhai Ambani, Ratan Tata, Steve Jobs and Bill gates done successfully his business without any management education then I want to say these people generate idea but for that idea they need management people. In current scenario if you will lookout employees list of any company then you will find-out many from management background.

Management education is not so much necessary for developing a business. A person who consist practical and concurrent goals, good leadership qualities and have that much ability to face and overcome any situation either positive or negative and is confident enough to take discussion he or she can grow a business very efficiently. According to me management study is not so much necessary for developing a business. A person who have inner ability, correct goals, concurrent thoughts, strong confident level and most important good leadership qualities then he or she can grow a business in a very efficient manner. Any management degree is not needed for this.
