In my point of view, management is art as well as science, because of brain trance the art and science are time management. What is management? management is multipurpose origin how to manage the business, manager, and worker. In other words, we can say that it is the collection of people which make a plan to focus the goal. So clearly management is art as well as science.

I think that management in a broad term is both art as well as science. Nowadays technology also dominate in all field as management key so we have to familiar with new science improvements. Only art of dealing with clients and manage employees, not management. We have to take a smart way.

Management is an art as well as science. The scientific nature of management became popular in the 20th century were some of the management decision called for study or further scientific experimentation. It is an art because no matter how much scientific knowledge the manager has he/she sometimes has to use intuition and experience to make a decision or lead the organization.

Management is both science as well as arts because science is systematised body of knowledge whereas art is systematised application of knowledge. We all know that to succeeding management must acquire the knowledge of science & the art of applying it.

Management is sceince because it uses sceintific processs and approach in solving everyday problem. Unlike the chemistry and physics which is being held in the laboratory, managements studies human behaviour that as a social sceince and as an arts it deals with how individual does his or her own thing in hiss or her manner he or she want is different from others.

With my own point view, I will say that management is an art as well as science because it is behavioral science while art is the use of personal skills and techniques.

Management is both an art and a science. The above-mentioned points clearly reveal that management combines features of both sciences as well as art. It is considered as a science because it has an organized body of knowledge which contains certain universal truth. It is called an art because managing requires certain skills which are personal possessions of managers. Science provides the knowledge & art deals with the application of knowledge and skills.
A manager to be successful in his profession must acquire the knowledge of science & the art of applying it. Therefore management is a judicious blend of science as well as an art because it proves the principles and the way these principles are applied is a matter of art. Science teachers to 'know' and art teachers to 'do'.
E. G. A person cannot become a good singer unless he has knowledge about various ragas & he also applies his personal skill in the art of singing. Same way it is not sufficient for the manager to first know the principles but he must also apply them in solving various managerial problems that are why, science and art are not mutually exclusive but they are complementary to each other (like tea and biscuit, bread and butter etc.).
