No it's not a fare to spare political parties from income tax investigation because the law is common for all whether they are from political parties or from big rich groups, there should be transparency for all, as we all know that these political parties have lots of funds, which they use during votes and because of that people don't give vote to genuine people, so according to me, there should be strict law for all, I mean we all human being on this planet earth.
Thank you.
Thank you.

India is a political world power. The right to equality has to be justified for every citizen. The political parties themselves are a group of some individuals which does not gives it any advantage to stay unchecked by the income tax department. A lot of black money flows through these chains and we can't deny it on any level. There is only one way to restrict this and it is getting it under one umbrella of equality. That is the only way to justify constitutional equality.

According to me, political parties must not spare from income tax. All people are same, rules are mean to everyone. Political parties have huge responsibilities to follow the rules. Leaders must pay their taxes regularly. They must be a role model to every citizen. Leaders like Perunthalaivar Kamarajar, Arignar Anna Abdul Kalam are a role model to everyone, We accept these kinds of citizens. But in today world, these kind of leaders are not possible. Thank you.

Hi guys,
I am Akash and yes it is not fair too spare political parties from income tax investigation, why does politics attract many people because of power and luxury. If the money will become transparent too all people then luxury will end from politics which leaves the political party with power which can be used by vision and enthusiastic person who really want change. So no it is not fair to spare political parties from income tax investigation.

No, all the laws and rules of India are meant for every citizen of India. There should be equality of law for everyone. Tax should be levied on everyone who is an assessee and also the investigations regarding taxes should also be done on everyone whether the person is of any political party or any normal individual, RULE IS RULE. And at last, I would like to add as we all know this truth that all the political parties are undoubtedly ''CORRUPT''.

No, not at all. Like any other entity political parties are also entities. Law shouldI be equal to all. An exempting political party from income tax investigation is quite discriminatory. Like every citizen, all institutions including political parties should be brought into income tax investigation. Law has all rights to know about the source of income and items and amount of expenditure.

No, it's not fair at all because common people have a right to know about the political party because we elect them for the sake of our country. So we should know that if they are doing any bad work or involved in corruption are they having a black money or not because it is the matter of our motherland we can not afford wrong people to take the charge of our country's development.

In my point of view, the rules and regulations are same for every person. Some time ago I read in news paper if the income tax department will make top list of black money holder 75% above people will come in that list. So investigation should be done for the all the political parties without any interfaces. Without doing this we can't remove problem of black money.

No, it is not fair to spare political parties from income tax investigations because political parties invest huge money in their advertising for election and that money may have black money so there should be some investigation by the Central government to prevent this use of black money or seize it.
