In some cases, individual brilliance makes difference. But in most cases, it doesn't.For example, a Sachin can make a difference, but it should be supported by his team members.

As we know No one is perfect. Every person have their own strength and weakness. If we include all of them for an organisation and each individual work with their full strength and brilliance then the development of organisation will be rapidly rather then only some persons are brilliant in organisation.
So undoubtedly Individual Brilliance makes difference and this difference is goes on the way of rapid development in diverse fields.

Every decision or idea given by a group starts only from an individual. The decision taken by an individual is only been analysed within the group and if it is better one then it is followed. If that was a brilliant idea then the brilliance of that individual is praised and it makes some difference.

I agree, Individual brilliance definitely have some matters, because each person should be have own talent. no one can't to say it's wrong. so, It's should be express by the individual but some nervous persons are not expressing their idea's.

Individual brilliance definitely matters, both in individual as well as group performance. A Sachin can change the whole game while the thoughts of a mahatma ignite the whole human civilization for centuries.

I strongly say 'yes' for this. It happens, and of course it happend in the History. When india was under the control of Britain, many peoples and organisations tried for getting freedom by means of violence. But Gandhiji only choose the way of Ahimsa. And that made all the changes. Ultimately we got freedom!!!

Yes of course it makes a difference because one person becomes top ranker or CEO of the company while other sacrifice or end their life by being as only a worker of the company...
