Hey there, fellow forum members!

I wanted to share my perspective on a topic I've observed, and I must say it's quite interesting.

Over the years, I've noticed that many Indians tend to perform exceptionally well as individuals rather than in groups or teams. It's not to say that working as a team isn't important or fruitful, but there's a unique strength in the way individual Indians often excel.

One aspect I find fascinating is their determination and dedication. When working solo, many Indians display an incredible work ethic, often going above and beyond to achieve their goals. The sense of responsibility and ownership they take is truly remarkable.

Another thing to note is their adaptability. Whether it's in the field of technology, academia, or arts, many Indians have a knack for adapting to various challenges, which sometimes shines even brighter when they're on their own. Their ability to stay focused and innovate in solitude is truly impressive.

Of course, these observations aren't true for every Indian, but I've seen numerous instances where their individual brilliance truly stands out. It's essential to recognize and celebrate these talents.

Hello everyone, thanks for the opportunity to discuss about this interesting topic.

I think working together or working individually is everyone's own decision. We cannot have proper written data that states Indians don't perform well in teamwork work rather they perform well individually its their state of mind that determines their nature and perspective regarding the work followed by ethics and the working method.

It also depends on their past experiences working with people and their trust issues on with working mates or sometimes it happens some have needs no disturbance in the work.

Hey everyone.

Thank you for the opportunity to let me present about this wonderful topic.

Working alone or in a team depends a lot upon the situation or task given.
Let's take an example I have been assigned a task wherein the deadline is very tight so here there might be a need to complete it within time and also need help from teammates.
So, it is also about the perspective of different individuals some like to work in a team to contribute and get work done while some prefer to work alone because of their choices.
