If I was the Finance Minister/Prime Minister

It's a very interesting topic to think of if I were the finance minister of India I would bring some interesting changes in many sectors responsible for me. I would bring a very simple topic of how to save money, tax, etc to kids in primary schools as they would release the importance of money and manage well their pocket money, give tax concessions on people having rainwater harvesting or waste management by this it would encourage to people to pay tax and at the same time follow a sustainable lifestyle. I would also conduct free sessions on GST how it works, tax filing and basics of how to manage money etc by collaborating with various corporate sectors or banks in return for advertisements of their company. Roll out an online portal for the public on the basics of tax, budget and other financial aspects in the website so the general public can access in English or their regional languages to understand the financial aspect of the country and give feedback for better country administration for greater development.
