Hello everyone, my name is Lipsa.
In my point of view, business school is good for everyone. It is a platform where you build your career. Business school provides external exposure where you learn new things, strategic planning, how to face problems and strong communication.
The faculty members are encouraged and guide us. Only the class studies are not required you learn the practical things in your daily life. Whatever you study in the classroom it used in your daily basis of life. And in the use of practical knowledge and internship provides us the real-life experience.

Hi Everyone, If we are looking into the history of B-Schools in India then expect some IIMs it has not been that great. But in recent times the trend has changed and Schools like Master's Union are bringing in a much needed change.
Now the system has understood the need for change. Institutions like Master's Union are slowly bringing in changes that has the ability to change the whole education system in our nation.
The way they value practical knowledge alongside theoretical knowledge is really commendable. Moreover their policy of learning it from the best in the business that is entrepreneurs themselves than teachers has also proven to be handy in the success of such Institutions.
The result is pretty evident from the CTCs offered to the students of other B-Schools in India to that of Master's Union.
So all I want to say is though it was not upto the mark, their is a change coming in which will soon turn into a revolution which will completely bring in a new B-School system which is more efficient, effective and updated.

Hello everyone, today we are here to discuss the topic "How effective Indian b-schools". When we go back, earlier Indians were only adopted to traditional schools, but now in this modern-era, b-schools have emerged. As a coin on both sides, this topic also as some advantages and disadvantages to it.
Advantages-.
1. Helps in developing students from an earlier stage itself.
2. Helps in improving communication skills.
3. Helps in improving technical skills to cope with the latest technology emerging.
Disadvantages:
1. This involves a very high cost to provide.
2. Students who are not affordable can't enrol in these instructions.
3. Though students in B-schools are good in communication and technical skills they somehow lack subject-related knowledge.
And I want to conclude that B-schools play a crucial role in this modern generation of developing emerging students. Though it has advantages and disadvantages it helps in building the Indian economy to a higher level.
Thank you.

I just finished reading your article about the effectiveness of Indian B-Schools, and I have to say, you've really hit the nail on the head with your insights! It's quite evident that you've done your research thoroughly.
As a recent graduate myself, I've often wondered about the value these institutions bring to the table, and your article shed some much-needed light on the matter.
Your analysis of the pros and cons of Indian B-Schools is spot-on. I agree that the curriculum and faculty quality plays a crucial role in shaping a student's experience and future prospects. The point you raised about practical exposure and industry collaboration is something I've personally felt during my time in B-School. The anecdotes you shared from students really drove home the fact that it's not just about theoretical knowledge, but also about the skills and connections one gains along the way.
Moreover, your comparison with international B-Schools was eye-opening. It's true that these institutions often have a more global perspective, and the emphasis on research can provide students with unique advantages. Your balanced approach to highlighting both the strengths and areas needing improvement in Indian B-Schools shows a deep understanding of the subject.
Overall, kudos to you for a well-researched and insightful article! I'm sure it will help many prospective students like myself make more informed decisions about their education journey.

Management is an aspect of life. A person with good management skills can achieve anything and steer it's way towards success.
So, I think Indian B-schools are said to be effective. First, they select deserved, skilled candidates who would survive in any situation and then they shape them according to the business world.

Hello, according to me, Indian b schools are better than foreign b schools because of the following points.
1) They are very cost-effective compared to foreign b schools.
2) You get to experience people from various economic backgrounds, and ethnicities within our own country who have different perspectives on certain topics which is important for many businesses to have various perspectives.
3) The case studies, and simulations that we business management students study will be helpful to analyse business operating in India, consumer mindset and requirements.
4) It's highly suitable for Indian middle-class affordable education to learn and grow and upgrade their lifestyle without spending too much on education.

Hi everyone this is Shyam.
I do think business school in India is very crucial. To compete with other countries, students in India must acquire business school skills. Once they gain these skills, they can open their startups, and overall, India will grow.
