How effective are Indian B-schools?

According to me, many Indian B Schools are not providing a minimum level of competitive knowledge about management and leadership skills, and they publish fake news that they provide some best training regarding industry and best placements. Many B schools doing business here by means of education.

So, restrict them and allow those who provide actualized knowledge and placements. Best knowledge and practice provides the best placements.

Indian B school is a type of school which provides education related to business.

As every school provide all types of education which are considered as basic education. But no one considers business education as basic education but there is need of it, the benefits of it is people can able to handle financial problems. Everyone knows people are rich and people are poor but there are very few people who know the reasons behind it.

There are too many parents who do their own but they are growing with time, there are too many reasons but due to illiteracy they are unable to get easy way to enhance their business so if their children will study then definitely 20-30 % students out of 100 will interfere on their business and can rise and minimise the financial problems.

Recently I read the book "Rich Dad Poor Dad" by 'Robert Kiyosaki'. The theme of the book effectively stated that in our education system, we are never taught how to handle financial problems. Rather, we keep working hard and finally become corporate slaves.

This should not be the scenario as this leads to a drop in an individuals intellectuality, and hence effects the world's economy.

Joining a B-School is one of the best ways to encourage learning in financial aspects of life and not only that, people have to face a high competition level for joining these institutes, therefore keeping in check, the general aptitude and problem solving skills of a person.

In my opinion, B schools are very much effective for the overall development of students. First the entrance that is conducted for the admission in these b school is very tough and only selected candidates can get cleared. They are providing excellent growth opportunity because the course provides by them and everything is latest and up to date which is very helpful for developing an overall personality.

To conclude I would like to say that B school are very much helpful for the creation of good businessman in India. They are giving best education like other big international universities all around the world. They help in the development of small businessman and small scale industry in India.

According to me, b-schools provide good platform before entering any business. It develops the management skills, practical knowledge moreover communication skill. But nowadays, it is hard to find a good b-schools. So, no need to go blindly in any b-school first try to accumulate the complete info. About the college because sometimes they show 100% placement on their respective sites but in actual, there is no as such placement. So try to go for knowledge, not for money.

Business Schools are basic building blocks of management studies which are relatively lesser effective than developed nations' b-school as they are better equipped and more real-time market case studies like Harward has studies case studies over Ramdev business strategy but we are still practicing 1990's business solutions as well as less exposure to Corporates less internship opportunities and duration in Indian market so a lot of difference is there. Foreign delegates lectures are not more frequent. All above mentioned are loopholes in our education system but no doubt b-school prepare students better for corporate life corporate communication as well as marketing, business expansion through merger & acquisition, financial reinforcement, best-fit human power as well as pulling marketing demand and fulfilling customer needs with Research and development, new product development with market acceptance and competitive strategy with building brand loyalty among customers.

Various theories, rules, laws are implemented by every employee to CEO as studies cover all dimensions of business and market needs.

So business school are effective but Indian b-schools are little lesser effective but more effective than any other course in India and if we have the right mix of skills and knowledge nobody can replace us, university name doesn't matter that much.
