How effective are Indian B-schools?

Business school no doubt is playing a vital role in the today's economy and most importantly it's the students who can learn more and more from it. B-Schools in itself says business schools, obviously, they will take money, it's the student who has to make out off that money and get the best possible results for them. Talking about the effectiveness of the B-schools in India, excluding the bottom one's no doubt they are providing with the best quality education and high placement packages, if you compare it with other government colleges, they are providing all possible practical knowledge and experience, it's the students who has to grab it by excelling them. At last it's not that easy to get into the top most B-schools one has to qualify cat or other OMET exams for that one is required to excel in every basic thing, further which adds to effective personality development by applying things practically, not like just mugging things up.

B school is called as a business school.

In India, B school is mushrooming from some past decades.

The idea of high paid many of the students flock towards b school, In every small and big town of India they establishing their presence and many students attracted toward this and received a big amount of fees.

In a country like India, unemployment is a major issue and unemployment people attracted toward and the b school show the path of a boon for them.

My name is Ravi Chauhan I would like to say about this topic that why we need B-school because we want to do own business but we think we don't need to take admission in B-school like a management school if our education system could provide practical knowledge more than theoretical knowledge then there is no need of take admission into the B-school after that, we will be able to do own business itself.

It's not only B-schools as a total if we take education in India is ain't that good. People with money can get a degree. It's the true statement. When it comes to business schools except most other business schools don't have that quality education. Nowadays without clearing cat exam students are admitted in some B-schools. The quality can be improved by compulsory 6 months training in industries and giving admission to those who clear cat or any such basic entrance. Without any prior steps taken, it can't be improved. The Indian minds are truly magnanimous if we are guided by good practical and proper way of knowledge we will excel like a star.

Business Schools are basic building blocks of management studies which are relatively lesser effective than developed nations' b-school as they are better equipped and more real-time market case studies like Harward has studies case studies over Ramdev business strategy but we are still practicing 1990's business solutions as well as less exposure to Corporates less internship opportunities and duration in Indian market so a lot of difference is there. Foreign delegates lectures are not more frequent. All above mentioned are loopholes in our education system but no doubt b-school prepare students better for corporate life corporate communication as well as marketing, business expansion through merger & acquisition, financial reinforcement, best-fit human power as well as pulling marketing demand and fulfilling customer needs with Research and development, new product development with market acceptance and competitive strategy with building brand loyalty among customers.

Various theories, rules, laws are implemented by every employee to CEO as studies cover all dimensions of business and market needs.

So business school are effective but Indian b-schools are little lesser effective but more effective than any other course in India and if we have the right mix of skills and knowledge nobody can replace us, university name doesn't matter that much.

Today the Indian b schools are turning towards placement agencies more than imparting education. 1st of the the b-schools should not be rated, the no1 school will always have paid seats as a result the faculty is good but the students are least bothered as they have come on the basis of their income and not merit, secondly the lower colleges cannot get top of the line faculty so why should those students suffer?

Judging the student only on the basis of the entrance exam is pointless, business schools do not need maths scholars they need managers.

The schools should focus more on limited students not 400 students in one batch just to fill their pockets but actually provide knowledge.

In my opinion, B schools are very much effective for the overall development of students. First the entrance that is conducted for the admission in these b school is very tough and only selected candidates can get cleared. They are providing excellent growth opportunity because the course provides by them and everything is latest and up to date which is very helpful for developing an overall personality.

To conclude I would like to say that B school are very much helpful for the creation of good businessman in India. They are giving best education like other big international universities all around the world. They help in the development of small businessman and small scale industry in India.

Now a days main aim of any B school is to earn money. Campus drives are happening every year so they hire some consultant who contact with all college consultant and recommend to the proper day. Even stiff competition going while having recruitment process. The person who knows Business management as well as interview Process can easily crack interview.

Rather those who can't feel corporate job and self career track they don't have any future in these competitive world. So now its student Responsibility to gather his courage and move on to recruitment process and just crack it.

Top B-schools like IIMs, FMS etc have designed effective course structure for the management students. Presentations, Slide Shows, video Lectures, Debate, Group Discussions are the part of their course work. In management schools, practical knowledge is imparted along with theoretical knowledge.

According to my point of view, B-school Is important in India. Because its student can develop their knowledge there performance and so many things where they can use their knowledge and utilize their precious time in company whatever they learn. Hence by this, the student creates such portfolio for a company and themself which is they learn all ready by b school and the college where the student learns some of the basic information that should be used by the further process so B school is important by my view.
