Hello everyone! Myself Snigdha!

Basically, our education system provides a lot of fields to develop our skills, by which we can be involved in our required field in a good manner way.

We know that B-schools are referred to as Business schools. These schools help to develop our business skills and to make our mind business oriented. The person who wants to create their own business only joins these schools.

In these schools, they provide the facilities which are useful for creating a business idea and making our business skills better.

But I think there is no need to join these schools if our government education system provides us with these facilities for developing our business skills. Because of this lack of facilities, all are join the B-schools.

Hello guys.

My Name Is Aryan Singh.

I want to say that Top B-schools are sending their students to big companies for internships to provide them practical knowledge.

With increasing Internationalization, Indian B-Schools are improving a lot from the past few years.

Indian B-Schools prepare students for the corporate world. They teach dressing etiquette, corporate etiquette, discussion skills, teamwork and much more in the course itself.

Conclusion :
Indian Business schools are trying to catch up the international standards. There have been drastic improvements from the past few years. But still, a lot needs to be done. We should adopt best practices in the world, and at the same time, there is a need to Indianise the business education.

As of today, there are 4000 odd B-Schools in India of which only 2% have any credibility to their names. For the rest, it has become a business. With fees soaring as high as 15 lacs and the batch size being 500+ in some colleges, one can do the math how much business they gain.

Also, with lack of awareness amongst students and the tag of being an MBA it helps these B-Schools even more.

But in conclusion, I would say not all of them are ineffective as the top B Schools definitely help you in honing your communication, analytical and decision making skills and also give you a good ROI. Plus, the knowledge you gain never goes to waste.

But there needs to be a change wherein these business making B Schools can improve the way they function.

Hi friends,

B-schools in India have become an attractive and easy business in today's scenario. More and more institutes are mushrooming and students are attracted towards them by their placement ads and prestigious MBA tag. But still the real standard of study is maintained by some of the institutes only. The students of most general B-schools are seen as salesmen in their training or as agents of various finance companies. The increased number of schools and passed out students has reduced the value of a MBA degree. Students pay huge amounts of money to get into these schools but may or may not get jobs as expected.

So B-schools in India need to raise their standards to produce efficient and competent world class managers.

I am not opposing any body with there own views, I agree with other's point that B school gives platform to learn leadership skill, case studies, provide's practical knowledge but I have some question *why they giving fake information related placements (giving lots of companies name in their blog).

Why govt is giving permission & AICTE UGC giving affiliation to such colleges?

Why there is no restriction's ?

This is competitive era everybody want to take higher higher qualification.

If this B Schools attract students like this than they are not going to suffer but we are going to face problem & even country will face unemployment problem more and more.

SO my point is there should some restriction for B SCHOOLS.

Hello, according to me, Indian b schools are better than foreign b schools because of the following points.

1) They are very cost-effective compared to foreign b schools.

2) You get to experience people from various economic backgrounds, and ethnicities within our own country who have different perspectives on certain topics which is important for many businesses to have various perspectives.

3) The case studies, and simulations that we business management students study will be helpful to analyse business operating in India, consumer mindset and requirements.

4) It's highly suitable for Indian middle-class affordable education to learn and grow and upgrade their lifestyle without spending too much on education.

Hello everyone,

In my opinion, B schools are very much effective for the overall development of students. First the entrance that is conducted for the admission in these b school is very tough and only selected candidates can get cleared. They are providing excellent growth opportunity because the course provides by them and everything is latest and up to date which is very helpful for developing an overall personality.

To conclude I would like to say that B school are very much helpful for the creation of good businessman in India. They are giving best education like other big international universities all around the world. They help in the development of small businessman and small scale industry in India.

Hello everyone,

My name is Anjan.

Recently I read the book "Rich Dad Poor Dad" by 'Robert Kiyosaki'. The theme of the book effectively stated that in our education system, we are never taught how to handle financial problems. Rather, we keep working hard and finally become corporate slaves.

This should not be the scenario as this leads to a drop in an individuals intellectuality, and hence effects the world's economy.

Joining a B-School is one of the best ways to encourage learning in financial aspects of life and not only that, people have to face a high competition level for joining these institutes, therefore keeping in check, the general aptitude and problem solving skills of a person.

Indian B-schools have gained considerable recognition globally due to their highly effective course frameworks that nurture skilled entrepreneurs. Those aspiring to start their own businesses must grasp the essential skills needed for ownership, and B-schools offer the necessary tools to comprehend and apply these skills in real-world scenarios.

A notable illustration of this effectiveness is the number of successful entrepreneurs who are graduates of prestigious institutions like IIM.

Although the courses can be costly, scholarships present an opportunity for admission, enabling students to excel and become strong entrepreneurs through the practical education provided by these schools.

Today the Indian b schools are turning towards placement agencies more than imparting education. 1st of the the b-schools should not be rated, the no1 school will always have paid seats as a result the faculty is good but the students are least bothered as they have come on the basis of their income and not merit, secondly the lower colleges cannot get top of the line faculty so why should those students suffer?

Judging the student only on the basis of the entrance exam is pointless, business schools do not need maths scholars they need managers.

The schools should focus more on limited students not 400 students in one batch just to fill their pockets but actually provide knowledge.
