Films are corrupting the Indian Youth

I strongly disagree that films are corrupting the youth as films is a hideaway for a few people from the real world. If you have seen the film Drishyam, you would have noticed how watching films can spontaneously give us ideas to tackle problems that are being faced by the youth nowadays. This begs the question, what about the blue films that corrupt innocent teenagers? My answer to this question is that films of such content must be blocked in a way that is accessible to only adults and not youth. Teenagers nowadays must also have a basic knowledge of the types of films present and must avoid as much as possible, the films that can corrupt the people. This said, I also feel the need to mention that I do not intend to hurt anyone's feelings or offend anyone.

No, according to my point of view, films are not corrupting the youth. Its totally depends on our mind that what should we take from it or not. As I know that all films are not bad some films are inspired to the youth some films teach us good things like kindness, loyalty, social awareness. This mean I m not saying that films are totally good I know some dirty sceneries are also included in it but God has given a power to us to know what is right and what is wrong so we should have to take the right things from it. I'm saying all that means I have experienced a lot of things by watching the films like neeraja bhanot, taare jamein par, 3 idiots, jai ho and a lot of movie that motivated me and now I become positive and good minded person more than I had. I am Palak, I want to say that movies are used to get entertained but when we saw the anti-social things in movies like robbery, sex provoking seen, violence, etc. Our mood will spoil or bad feelings are generated for some time. The message which a filmmaker want to convey by using film should be clear. The films like 3 Idiots, Neerja, Airlift, Kahani, etc, purely gives their message. But when we come to the films like Veerappan, Love game, etc, they does not convey a perticular message. The effective n visual medium of presenting thoughts must be use properly not to making money it is used. BECAUSE the thing we saw effects in small % to our mind. The senseble people does not taking wrong things but those who are not taking wrong steps.

You know it is depended on viewers. If one is enough aware about watching movies then I don't think there will be negative effect of movies. Even one can take porn movie positively. Let me give you an example- By watching movie named 'Ramayana ' one can't argue that one is becoming like 'Ravan' by inspiring from the movie.

One can also be 'ram' if one wants to be. My point is it is depended on viewers. And besides;One can't take movie as a medium disappear in virtual world. Because this virtual world is going to end soon. You have to face reality. You can't conclude your situation good or bad based on movie. Cos Conditions in the movie is totally different than your reality. So watch movie with your full awareness. And enjoy virtual reality!

If the cinemas are the root cause for the country destruction why we should not demand to punish the related director and producer and hero and heroine of the film to be punished.

Freedom should not be misused.

In our society we the public are the root cause for the country destruction since we are not properly raising our voices timely and against to the wrongs.

For the sack of fun, we are misusing the freedom. The silence of us should not be taken easy.

Irresponsible parents behavior is also one of the reasons for the society disturbance.

We should not try to find faults and differ among us try to find fault in real issues and render help to the nation. By making laws no use unless our mind setups changed in a proper manner.

Recently, I watched NEERJA and I got to know about neerja bhanot before that I didn't knew anything about her and I think most of the people who now know about her is due to the movie.

In the same way we see many movies which are motivational, inspirational, which are based on our culture are good and people can learn many things from them.

Now, people will say there are some movies which shows, adult content which are against our culture and can have a bad effect on children. But there is a thing called a certificate which is given to a movie and yes, some movies are A rated movies. So, if the movie is A rated don't go to watch that movie and no one is forcing you to watch.

So, it depends from person to person.

Yes, I agree with the statement but a few of them have crossed the limit of vulgarity. But is us and we public demanded such a film marketing which stimulates the producer filmmakers to make a such a film which one cannot watch with the family. Sex intimate scene are too much in today's film that it can stimulate a person behaviour towards rape happening especially in India. I think epic comedy films can di better entertainment than sensuous movies. It is the responsibility of censor board to remove totally or banned such a movies with full of hot scenes. Up to great extent, it affects the young minds of our youth. I would say not all films but a few of them which I mentioned are really corrupting our Indian youth.

I think that films have their own type as film-like Baghban shows how we should take care of our parent's biopic like Dangal, Man Who Knew Infinity inspired us in a great way.

Even though the films like Jodha Akbar, Padmavati we get to know about the past history and events but we should also considered that yes when we see two and a half hours of a film then we actually jump to very different world where we laugh cry become angry and also out of feelings and if this world takes you to Dark Shadow of hatred violence sexual abuse then somewhere or other the challenge you and your mind to revisit your old bad experiences which ultimately triggers your agony pain Revenge etc.

So yes, films are corrupting our youth.

In my opinion, everything has own some pros and cons. So films are not except.

Pros:

1. Films is the one of the entertainment resource. The entertainment can be different from film to film. Because some movies are comedy oriented, family oriented and social, autobiography and fiction oriented.

2. We can learn lot of things from movies. That are hardworking, acting, honesty and how to face the challenges in our life.

3. It is a platform for talented people to showcase their talent.

Cons:

1. It encourages sexual provoking, taking drugs and violence.

Finally, my opinion is the film is a part to corrupting youth when we receive bad things otherwise not.

No, because to cover one movie they need to show everything in all directions. From the movies take/observe only positive but not negative. A man can identify another man. If you don't have negative within you then why you are observing negative things in the movie.

From the negative characters, we can learn one thing i.e., make sure that we should not behave/change like this in the future. From this, we can conclude that a positive attitude person can identify/take the positive things from the negative. Try to be positive.

Too many good movies are there. To explore our ideas to change the people i.e., the only way is through movies.
