Educational qualification for Politicians

EDUCATION is one of the keys which helps us in analyse the things what's wrong and what's right. It also enhances and facilitates the way of thinking.

As politician is considered, they are the one who has to administrate this much population of a country so, they must be educated not so much higher degree like phd or doctorate but at least that much so that they can analyse the thing efficiently.

I think not the only politician but each and every citizen should be educated.

We have an example of president Obama. During his presidency, he managed the lives of US citizens because of his strong education background in law and his love for his country.

So, I think before allowing candidates to take part in the election, as age is compulsory for the candidates likewise relevant degree must be compulsory like law, economics, political science etc.

Hi, guys, I agree with you that politician should be mast minimum qualification every label of politic.

Because as you know and we all are facing match problem to this politician. We looking very clearly that which politician are not educated. He has no ability to take decision self. He depends on an officer and another one. I give you an example about Bihar. Bihar ruling party Nitish government gave teacher restoration in Mukiya hand but mukhiya took 10000/- to all candidate for join this post. And he gave joining later to qualify the person. Nitish government was an alliance with BJP. Nitish thinks that local teacher should be much beneficial for the student. Because these are able to understand each other very clearly. Uneducated political lack to all education. Bihar government and state education both faced many problems.

Education to politician is very important. As they are leader of our country. All old qualities which till today needed but a person with leadership qualities should also have knowledge about various field of study as so he will able to know, understand the pain, and solve the problem of the kinds. He should be a part of human struggling to got Thier Life achievement. And with education he will become a shining daimond than a blur cost in today day. As education also teach how to improve your Leading and Managing skill. Their is a need for politician to do this Management Course. As education is necessary for all field then Why not Politics!. He should have leading and managing education in a field of education. And that how corruption has to be stopped by having wise political leader like Mahatma Gandhi ji.

We have been saying that India is a developing country from so many years. Still, India is developing.

When can we see India has developed the country as other countries? The rule should be made towards politicians.

If they won't become like a politician they must have the minimum knowledge to develop our country.

One thing that really doesn't like we need to salute to uneducated persons who are in the politics, even IAS and IPS also need to salute. Some of the people don't know as a politician what he has to do. They need suggestions from IAS etc which we can really appreciate those who are in the IAS positions.

Let them give chance to lead our India who qualified civil services. He/ She can take good decisions at right, right decisions.

Education with life experience makes a person wise. The person who wants to learn new things every day and apply his/her learning in real life has the ability to change the world. A bookworm who only learns for own satisfaction cannot be a leader. Leadership qualities cannot be achieved only through education if you don't have the inner talent. For politicians who lead our country needs to have some leadership qualities. With education, their skills can be polished. But as we keep track of history many great people didn't receive a proper education but they were excellent in their fields but one thing is common they never stopped learning new things. So basic education is needed but also politicians should have empathy for the countries people and have the valuable experience with life.

In my opinion, compared to the present scenario every representative should be an educated person because the ministers don't know about their portfolios, and they even don't know how to talk in Parliament sessions or assemblies (because what they talk is listening in entire India, but simply they fought each other and talk bad words in front of media, see if a representative should talk like that it will impact on every citizen in India).

For example, a sports minister doesn't know about sports or how he can encourage our young youth into sports. They don't know what is present in the Constitution. If they appear in media they don't talk about what they did, talk about the opposition leader's mistakes.

So if a representative is well educated then our country is developed.

My name is Rupesh Nayak. I am an MBA student. My opinions on this topic are yes, qualifications should be important for political ministry, for example, the health minister should be Doctor, Sports minister should be Ph.D in sports, the finance minister should be a Commerce graduate and the Agriculture minister should be master's degree in Agri. Politicians become powerful administrators after winning elections. Then they need basic knowledge and education to perform the work. In another aspect, a good politician needs to have proper commitment and confidence with which he/she can delegate to the listeners. A politician has to be elected by his good communication skill and not by his degrees. Being literate is a highly desirable trait, but it can't be mandatory as well.

Hi friends, politics and education are two different variations which come under the same track whereas by hearing politics a word comes in to mind that is politicians where they play a important and crucial role in the society. Politicians are the people who are politically active especially with the political parties. Whereas coming to education, it acts as a key role where it makes the man civilized. Since we are living in a technology world my point is politicians should at least require a certain qualification or a degree so that he /she can understand the situations and problems of people. He makes fair equality, dignity to everyone and no partiality. So, I strongly support to the previous point that a politician should require an educational qualification.

I think that education is necessary for every citizen of this country including politicians. Education enhances the working quality of a person. I am not telling that he should be highly educated or something like this but there should be a minimum education level. Leaders without education are like roads without sign. They will take you to a destination but what destination you never know. It may be right or may be wrong. But educated politicians have brain of their own and cannot be brain washed easily. But every coin has 2 sides. An educated politician can also do mistakes and non-educated politicians can even do better. But for this betterment they must know what is right and what is wrong and they can get this sense of differentiation by education.

Education is necessary for everyone and even politicians also. It will help to make new laws and regulations.

But out present politicians are not so qualified. Many people are getting problems in their lives. They are not getting profits but Rich people are getting very rich. If they will only get rich and what about low class and middle class people. They didn't have any right to be rich.

We are saying that India is developing from many years. But it is still developing. Why India is not developing fastly as other countries? It is just because of uneducated politicians. They are not changing rules and regulations properl. We need well educated politicians for the development of our country.

So it is very important to be educated for politicians.
