What actually is needed for politicians is being discussed among us, okay. Just leave the things to be needed just focus on the things to be eliminated from politicians. If a person cannot think positive, so just eliminate all negative from mind the rest all will be fine should must accept everyone.

In my opinion, a leader should be a person who is well educated. An educated leader can take more sensible decisions for society. He/she can give much better solution to a problem of their society. A worthy leader is supposed to be one who is not corrupt, this is possible if they are educated.

According to me, I think that there is a minimum qualification criterion for the politicians. Most of the politicians are illiterate. As we know about the government in Bihar. They even don't know how to communicate with the society. So how can they do their best for the growth of our nation?

Yes, I think that educational qualifications are must for the politicians because a well-educated person can only think logically and practically but an uneducated man will think only practically. But at the same time experience matters a lot along with the intention they hold for the nation.

Suppose there are many people living in remote areas who had never seen schools education facilities are not available for them. So how they can represent themselves in front of government if there will be minimum education criteria. And any outsider is not able to understand their problems.

When we have provision for compulsory primary education, we should have at least that much of qualifications for candidates from village Panchayat to MPs. Also, they should be fluent in at least one of the languages in schedule 7 of Constitution. If possible, An IQ test should be conducted.

It is made compulsory education for students and this rule is actually bought by the government. And in today's world, THE SO-CALLED politicians do not even have a proper qualification of 12th PASS and they are our great politicians. They are the main source of corruption in India today.

One of the reason why India is lacking in growth and progress is because of uneducated politicians. Rules must be made to fulfil the basic primary, secondary and also graduation to enter into politics. Also, there should be an examination on the basis which politicians must be selected.

@Abhishek Choubey's.
Educational qualifications don't reflect their selfish, evil thoughts like getting corrupt, gambling etc. There must be a psychological test, which can help to dig into heir motives. These can be known mostly from their deeds and must be dealt immediately.
