Capital punishment must not be banned because it is only one right to punish the criminals and make a fear of them.

Hello friends.
I suggest that capital punishment is must they will reduce the crimes. In the meantime, we have to look for the root cause of the crimes. They will stop at the base level of education, for the huge society we needed MORAL EDUCATION from the base level. If we teach children about the value of love, respect and good behaviours. These base level corrections will make a major impact in the society. Surely we can say that in upcoming days they will grow fruitful.
As by Mahatma Gandhi's quotes: Power based on love is thousand times more effective and permanent than the one derived from fear of punishment.

The Capital punishment is the punishment which grows fear in the mind of a criminal and the person who tends to do criminal. Criminal does not direct capital punishment for petty things like dacoit. It is given by the court after a proper judgement. If instead if capital punishment if they would be given life imprisonment there will be fear in the mind of security that they can go anywhere from the jail.

I'm Rasika, & I have a different idea of capital punishment, which should be abolished. Every living being should have a right to live.
Better to treat the source of the crimes. I believe, love can play a vital role on this matter, as everyone expect love & care among each other. If all hearts are full of love, automatically these crimes may be reduced.

Punishment should only be at the most equal to crime done. It must never be excessive to crime done. So only the crime involving murder there can be capital punishment and for none others. As death is most feared thing for most of the human beings. It should not be for other crimes like dacoity, abduction, rape or child rape etc. As these are not equal to murder. Even if we apply the formula an eye for eye than murder can be for murder only.

Hi friends, according to me, the capital punishment should not be banned. If we stop punishing them they take it easy and other persons repeat the same for the next time. And the judgement should be same for everyone either they are rich or some celebrity or some famous person.

As per my view, capital punishment should not be abolished. If we abolish it, then many things may be taken for granted and then we feel less secure.

The only argument against capital punishment is that it is irrevocable. Justice is not in favour, and at times valuable lives have been lost due to its miscarriage. This calls for greater care and scientific investigation.
