Capital Punishment should be Banned or Allowed?

Capital punishment should be banned because nowadays the people have money can easily escape from the crimes. In front of money there is no rapist, no criminals and no crimes, then why should we support capital punishment? sometimes the non-criminal persons became the part. Now so many countries abolished or banned capital punishment and introduce new laws and new punishments for different crimes.

Capital punishment should be banned, am not supporting the criminals. The criminals who is doing cruel crimes should be punished cruelly, very cruelly.

Most of the criminals are not afraid of punishments, because there is no problem for food, proper shelter, and safe too. Today the world and laws nothing in front of money.

So many of them doing crimes for money and for others.

According to me, the Capital punishment should be there for those who deserve it. For every crime we have some punishment as well as fine but are these punishments or fines enough for a terrorist who take our thousands of people lives away and leave their families in unbearable pain. Should government spent too much money in their maintenance, or for rapists who destroy women's life or for killers who kills a person only for money.

Every year we hear about many cases but most of them are frequently taking place. Why? because ignorance of law is making them fearless. They commit crime easily and get free and ready for another one.

Only one step we need to take here is a firm punishment or it may be CP, I will go for CP.

I think it should be allowed.

Rape rates, murders etc are increasing day by day.

1. Jails would be populated and life imprisonment isn't cheered for our economy. We have more important fields where GDP is needed.

2. The criminal mush is tortured. Made to repent and then hanged to death. This would create a fear in the mind of people to commit crimes.

3. An eye for an eye makes the world go blind. But leaving that person unpunished won't get you back your lost eye! The pain given by a criminal must be returned to him with a penalty of death punishment.

4. Freeing a criminal * (including the juvenile 16-18) according to Indian CP will only support the youth to commit crimes without the fear of GOI.

What is capital we know all that capital punishment knows as the death penalty. Capital punishment is a punishment in which a person has committed a serious crime such as murder/rape.

1. Capital punishment should not be banned. Because it will increase the crime rate in India. If capital punishment is abolished then crime rates will be increased.

2. We all know that two-thirds of countries of the world have abolished this punishment. But it is present in some countries like South Korea, Taiwan, China. By this punishment here the rate of crime is very low.

3. Punishment is a fear of criminals. We know that there are punishments and fines for every crime. But capital punishment consoles the victim and victim's family.

I would like to say capital punishment is not needed for an hour. Because who is getting capital punishments?people who involve in crime like the killing of people, terrorism, and in some serious threats. If we do the same to the person what is the difference between them and us. Also, everyone has right to live. We are not God to take their lives. In some cases, innocent people get capital punishment instead of the right criminal. What an injustice is this. In my opinion, criminals should be given life imprisonment so that they can know the meaning of life. Also, our jail and police station infrastructure should be enhanced. Today our topic is whether capital punishment should be legal or not.

I definitely side with capital punishment as a legal method of punishing someone who has committed a crime.

First off - a very common point said by the majority of us is if there is no serious punishment, (like capital punishment) for a heinous crime people will definitely take the law for GRANTED.

The "oh! Let's just murder this person and get going with life " kinda attitude will soon form and murder or rape will not be considered a serious crime in the near future.

Second - I feel life imprisonment is kind of an okayish punishment, because why are we wasting our money on feeding a criminal, a person who actually should be dead?

According to me, it should not be banned.

Our world is overpopulated. People are starving and living in poverty all around the world. Criminals are sitting in jail cells, living comfortably with their free health care, cooked meals etc. They have killed people, raped children, committed acts of terrorism and who knows what else. All Criminals need to be killed, there is no need to keep these disgusting, vile, sub-human scumbags alive. Make them all death penalty and should clear the world with criminal trash. Then, maybe we can start using our money to develop our civilized society, instead of wasting it on putrid scumbags. We are not trying to get revenge instead we are trying to give them what they deserve.

ALLOWED. Because capital punishment is the equal punishment for some very evil and cruel crimes like murdering a number of people, rape, sexually assaulting. For example, 2 people broke into Dr. Williams house. Beated Dr. William almost to death, raped his wife, sexually assaulted his 2 daughters which were 11 and 14 and when they all were still alive they set the house on fire, luckily Dr. William was saved but his family died. Do you think still the murderers should be given a light punishment or life inprisonment to have a chance to escape and murder more people. What do you think. What will dr. William will feel when he knows that the murderers of his whole family is still alive and eating continuosly?

Obviously, the capital punishment should be banned. Kill the crime and not the criminal. Many liberal democracies are completely pro-life when it comes capital punishment and as a result a lot of their prisons are running out of criminals. Whereas in a country like India, where capital punishment is quite common, You might find high rates of crimes. Social Awareness is the way forward, Many of the criminals are victims of social trauma and psychological trauma. We need to understand their condition before commenting about the punishment they should get. Rehabilitation is a must in prisons. I think countries like India should retrospect the methodology of dealing with criminals in the European democracies.

Firstly as we know that capital punishment means to take life, someone, for his heinous crime like rape, murder, and many more. And many my friends said that nobody has right to take a life of someone they have right to life but my friends you are forgetting that they (criminals) have already snatched the right of life of victims who gave him to take victims life or yo abuse rape victim's body. And if capital punishment is banned there will be no fear of punishment and crime rate will increase rapidly. And it will injustice to victim.

So, capital punishment should not be banned.
