My name is Harsh Thakur. Today our topic is 'capital punishment should be banned or not'.

Firstly as we know that capital punishment means to take life, someone, for his heinous crime like rape, murder, and many more. And many my friends said that nobody has right to take a life of someone they have right to life but my friends you are forgetting that they (criminals) have already snatched the right of life of victims who gave him to take victims life or yo abuse rape victim's body. And if capital punishment is banned there will be no fear of punishment and crime rate will increase rapidly. And it will injustice to victim.

So, capital punishment should not be banned.

In my opinion, capital punishment should not.

Be banned nowadays in our society crime rate increasing day by day it is a way to reduce crime in our society such people who are rapist terrorist and Eve teaser in these people should be given capital punishment. Capital punishment is a legal punishment it means the death penalty.

In my opinion, capital punishment should be banned why I going to say that means, nowadays all the persons do any mistakes in any situation is human nature. But the hole life fully depends on upon that person how to comes out the assessment in this time.

In my opinion, capital punishment should be allowed. Presently even when capital punishment is still a valid punishment, the crime rate increasing day by day. And if it is abolished then it will be an encouragement to criminals. A rapist or a heinous criminal must be awarded the death penalty,

But in some cases, as we all know that our judicial system is not transparent. It depends upon the witnesses only and that may be false or fake. I also agree that the abolition of capital punishment will not help anyone.

So to conclude capital punishment should be awarded only after fully investigated the case.

As we all know, criminals who are rapist or murderer do not take life impressment seriously. They consider jail a safe house due to some corrupt officials as they provide them with all facilities.

In my point of view, Capital Punishment should not be banned. If we banned in India crime rate increases day by day. Recently Saudi Arabia decided that they did not give death punishment.

According to article 72, if president wants, he could forgive anyone with deta punishment.

According to me, we should give preference to life impresment instead of capital punishment.

As we all know that two-third country of the world totally abolishes this punishment. But it is in many counties of the world. A country like China, Tainan, South-Korea there is still this punishment. We can see the crime rate in this county is low. If we talk about India in my opinion capital punishment should not be banned in India. If capital punishment abolishes in India many criminal commit crimes regular. Capital punishment is a fear for another criminal. We know that there are punishment and fine for every crime. Capital punishment consoles the victim and victim's, family. By capital punishment crime rate being low. But capital punishment should not be given to all criminals. It should give to those who actually deserve it who commit serious crime like murder, rape, air hijacking etc. There is a religious issue that life is precious and God gifted no one have right to snatch it.
