In point of my view, the capital punishment should not be banned because it's punishment whose people give who did rape, murder etc and we all know these crimes conclude a valid reason so we can't be ignored it. We also know that many cases in India are going on so it should not be banned.

Cp should be as people will not be transformed until they learn a lesson. So this can be very helpful in reducing the crime this is the severest punishment that can be given to a criminal for indulging in a heinous crime. It entails death to the convict either by hanging or any different way.

According to me, capital punishment should not be banned because it is not a dealing death with prisoners. It's not true that every prisoner is murderer, the judiciary will not take a decision fast every human being have one chance to improve their mistake so help them to change.

People say capital punishment should not given then fine the offender should tortured based on the crime and should be made to suffer, but of purse it is kinder to kill him so why are people against justice, are they against punishment of the offender because that is ridiculous.

Capital punishment means death penalty.
The person who is convict has the right to life.
But dealth penalty shall be given in cruel cases like rape and murder cases. And it should be given in rarest of the rare cases where another punishment is not reasonable for his crime.

Capital punishment should not be abolished, instead, modify it to the way Government of Saudi Arabia does.
Rapists and Terrorists should be hanged to death in front of public, not in jails in early mornings, they will get sympathy and publicity for free of cost!

Capital punishment should be given to the rarest of the rare crime. In a democratic country like India people should have the right to life. And while punishing we should think of the right of innocent people in general, not of the accused who did the heinous crime.
