Hats off the Modi for taking a bold step - which most of them could not have done.

I am sure lots of fake currency which was in circulation in India came to an end.

Other than that I do not think it has any effect on black money or corruption. It's a fake concept just to please the public.

Yes, Demonetization helps us up to some extent, but it is important to think the rich people used their servant for exchanging money because these people illiterate about demonetization so reach people easily used illiterate people. But in terms of terrorism it a great steps of our India.

Good morning everyone !

No, the corruption can't be uprooted from India after Demonetization. Because the processes of Demonetization involves the person who is corrupt, and there is full exchange of old currency with the new currency at a commission of more than 30 %. This commission is a bribe. Corruption in every mind of humans in India, which can't be controlled by implementing new Rule in the economy. Corruption can be uprooted by realizing them, the impact on each section of India. I do not think Demonetization is a part of any uprooting of corruption, the India is still in the same phase.

Hi everyone. In my opinion banning of 500, 1000 notes somehow helps in uprooting the corruption from our country. As it helps in stops the black marketing for sometime. And it stops the production of duplicate currency. The main motive of demonetization is to stop the terror funding and I personally believe that government succeed in this.

I think demonetization has uprooted corruption to some extent as it takes out the counterfeit currency from the market some of the black money holders has disclosed their income so that they can get some percentage of the money after giving tax and yes it is the bitter truth but most of them had exchanged their black money. But demonetization helped to growth digitalization as it saves time.

Hello,

According to me, the ban of 500, 1000 notes was a step to solve a bigger problem known as CORRUPTION. I think we agree on this to solve the issue the government had to take some or the other step. It did effect many middle class and lower class families but it majorly affected the high class and corrupted people. All I think is that corruption did uprooted.

Banning 500, 1000 notes become just like changing clothes. This rule made by Modi Hi is very beneficial for decreasing the corruption but it is not managed in right way. Because of these change the general people in India they were suffering. To change something the difficulty is valid But there must be some system like there must be a system which could manage the queue And also the queue should give an idea about Which queue is less or which queue is longer. By applying these methods there may be not Any problems for general people to suffer.

The move was great but it was a difficult thing to be implemented in this country with 1.3 billion. No implementation would have been perfect. This move in itself is a transforming one. Instead of focussing on bad results we must look the positive side.

Hello,

In my opinion, the decision is taken by govt to carve out the currency of 500, 1000 is appreciable.

Yes, in real time it works but not effectively work to uproot the corruption due to the extension of the period. It was surprising to all the citizen to happen dramatically.

As recently grab the no. Of bags of containing 500 1000 notes which were smuggled to Nepal.

India may have many sources to convert the black money that is why income tax become attentive regarding loophole to carve out the sources.

By banning 500 or 1000 notes flow of currency in the denomination of 500 or 1000 is completely restricted which means printing of new currency. This would certainly disturb the business of fake currency and to some extent corruption shall be uprooted.
