I think it was a great action taken by Modi ji. Because a large amount of corrupted money is invested in bank that will definitely help for the further progress of our country.
Though it was tough for middle class people but if you want changes then you have to trouble. Just because of poor regime of previous government Country was on backfoot and on that time no one was blaming or protesting.
Atleast, this time government Is trying to change something then it is fine. Life is all about changes.

Hi, everyone.
Banning 500 and 1000 rs note is a good move in government I appreciate it but the way they implement especially time they implement is wrong. Banning popular money from the entire country one at a time is a bad move. I can say government has not made any plan before implementing it do you know time they did it's night time 8 pm on November 8 even it's day time it would be fine everyone would be aware of it but in night time many people don't know that these money was nothing just paper that is banned and poor people become more poor and wealthy people and people who admitted in hospital people who about to book marriage every one were been affected but people who actually need to be affected just came in car to banks and pick up require money beforehand but poor people or ordinary people stood in a line for a day and go home empty hand as that money are taken by so-called wealthy people so we cannot say that corruption is uprooted but we can say "it's just updated "nowadays we cannot see 2000 rs notes even in banks we don't know where they are but we can say they again become corrupt money aka black notes.
So as per the topic these bans are just changed of clothes but this should have been discussed before implement and my idea would be tested in particular state and see the outcome if that would have worked we would have to make it globally that is nationally banned notes or else make enough preparation and time and camp to change money in this big nation so not India go and shout before a bank and pressure them. That would have decreased the corruption but this ban actually made those wealthy people bag wait for less since for carrying 40, 000 rs at least they need to carry two briefcases but now just they need one briefcase to take it that's the actual difference.
Thank you.

Welcome 70th celebration of INDIA Independence.
Demonetization is an assault on corrupt people. Corruption is biggest obstacle for eradication of poverty in nation. To overcome this evil, our honourable prime minister Modi take up concept of scrap 500, 1000 rupee notes.
It is a sudden move, not-well-thought-out. This move can't be welcomed & rejected. We are compelled to accept it. It was not proposed by Arun jaitley or any minster of modi government.
Anil Bokil a Chartered Accountant in pune suggested 5 aspects to modi on July 2016. Modi took 2 selective suggestions under implementation, due to missing of remaining aspects it created huge inconvenience to citizens.
Theme: Black money holders have only two ways they can either give an account of money earned in illegal means or precious money becomes a worthless piece of paper.
To protect themselves all illicit money was spent by them in many ways.
Eg: Mukesh Ambani spent his illegal money in the form of providing service to the nation (Jio network).
Eg: Modi went to other countries in name of visit but it was happened actually to spend money as fast a possible.
In such a process Big gun people escaped from Constitution laws and these made common man effort able.
This game planned by big guns, they arranged into safe zones & it created more troubles to an ordinary man who not even performed any illegal acts they faced punishments from the government due to this cause they have been opposing to this proposal.
If truthfully black money holders are get caught its a best step in our nation.

India is a democratic country i.e a govt of the people, for the people & by the people! Now, that our honourable pm Mr.Modi declared demonetisation of notes all of a sudden, People - the illiterate & poor sections suffered a lot in a confusion regarding the exchange & the fear of losing money took a few people's lives too. Though it was a good decision, it required some preparation, the govt being a democratic one along with aiming at the rich section of our society, it should have foreseen the ill effects of demonetisation on the weaker illiterate section of the society.

On 8 November 2016 when our honorable prime minister Narendra Modi announced the demonetization, it means all 500 and 1000 rs note are not acceptable in the market that the big decision to anyone. I think its the good decision but its implementation is not good that is should be. Because after that decision our economy GDP goes 7% to 6%. By the demonetization, every people are affected. And I think most poor people are a blender in this process because if there is no money in the market so the poor people who based on daily wages. They are totally unemployed and for survive they have to stand on the long question at the front of atm. That the reason I against of demonetization. Our prime minister said by the help of demonetization we reduce the black money in the market. The fresh report of rbi is said only 1% 500 and 1000 rs are not back and the 99% get back in the bank. So I think demonetization is a good idea but its implementation are not like that it should be.

Hello everyone.
Demonetisation i.e. banning of old 500 and 1000 note was taken by the government to eradicate corruption and black money. We need to analyse and find out what has been achieved in each and every aspect. Talking of corruption, my personal view is it has just changed clothes and nothing has changed about it. Yes, the fake currency producing units have been affected by it and that's a good result. Now talking about black money, how much of it has really come back and what are the stats we need to figure out then only we can say whether it was a good step of bad. Last but not the least everyone is talking of people standing in queue and suffering. Friends if we need to sacrifice a bit for the goodwill of the nation it's a very small contribution.

Corruption can never be uprooted completely by such measure as it is a tendency of humans and only a change within ourselves can be a solution.

Hello!
According to me, banning of 500 and 1000 notes is like taking a step ahead to make corruption free India. But the major issue is middle-class families and poor people faced a lot of difficulties. As they are Middle-class and below the poverty line obviously they won't be dealing with lakhs and crores of money. They do have money in hundreds and thousands only! With the advent of 2000 notes, it really became difficult for these people. They can afford to have 2000 and they shouldn't use 500 and 1000!
It is also a major drawback as this resulted in the decrease of our GDP even.

I think it is very appreciated step towered reducing the corruption because corruption is the core root which is pulling India down. As India population is around 1.2 billion but still we are lacking in industrial and IT sector which is the new face of development. These banning on old 500 and 1000 rs note is just like bomb blasting on the corrupted people who just made rich by going in a corrupted way.
- For example, it is very interesting to know that if there is a government servant says, a politician who have maximum 50 to 70 thousand salaries, but instead of this they have acres of land or huge amount of bank balance, it's all earned by a corrupted way. I think by doing banning of notes every corrupted people have to give their clarity. And it will also lead to fresh recruitment in every field where everybody will be corruption free.

Hi guys,
It was a bold step taken by our pm. It was not an overnight decision taken by them. All the politicians were aware of this before announcing, it has been affecting for the 3 class of people Low, middle and high. I don't know why being an Indian we are differing the ppl based on their money and level in our own country. Then it's not the matter to another nation to point out our country. Let's come to the point it's not the problem to only middle class and high class it's the problem to Every roof house to duplex because nowadays a beggar can gain a 100 rs note in a few hrs as like a business man so everyone has their own business. So nearly every member nowadays is having a 500rs and 1000 rs notes it's not the matter. Well, the main reason of this banning the notes are corruption and black money.
So, In my point of view, as we people as we heard about the decision of the pm we all went to our own plans what to do next and went for savings.
As like the corrupted people will also be in their own plans what they should do.
So what I want to say is yes it's the right decision taken but the implementation is not good.
