According to me, digital payment is the best source of payments because when we make payment online it's saves us time and provide othe benefit. Through the online payment we have don't need to stand in lines for long time. But in case of security its not secure nowadays. The cyber crimeis increased day by day in India because the people of India don't aware about the cyber crime on digital. To control the cyber crime the word is "crypto currently" is coming. The government of India is need to use this to overcome or controls the cyber crime in India.

In my point of view, digital payments are more secure enough for the Indian economy to go cashless. Because there is no case of deceiving the government without paying taxes by any individual. Another major point to note is that every payment across the country is known to the government which avoids confusion in finance related issues. Due to the digital era, hacking techniques are implemented to create a problem to this issue which causes great impact on the next decade. However, more security techniques must be developed to counter attack hacking.

Yes, digital payments are secure enough. As banks use 128bit encryption for sending passwords. The whole banking site is encrypted.

But some people who lose their money is due to a phishing attack or revealing their credentials like user ID passwords, card no, cover, otp through any means.

This does not happen due to lack of security but due to unawares about what is safe and what is not.

In India hurdle in going cashless is illiteracy not security.

So, to go cashless India should aware its masses about digital payment and precaution in using it.

According to me,

Going cashless is a very good step taken by our Indian government to secure our currency from theft corruption and fake money and also every time we need not have to bank for emergency need also it saves our precious time in a busy schedule.

But the issue is that everyone in our country is not much educated, so there is a lack of awareness about it, and also the cyber crime is the very big issue which must be taken into account.

It has its own pros and cons.

But we should support this for improving our country's economy and GDP.

Yes, digital payment are secure enough for Indian economy. now it has become a trend for doing the payment. Govt. is supporting the digitalisation.

Let's take an example:

If we used to go to market and then recharge the mobile number then shopkeeper does not give any discount and if we recharge through online such as paytm it gives the discount such as 30% cash back & free movie ticket for any payment.

Govt. has launched an app for digital payment is BHIM APP.
BENEFITS OF DIGITAL PAYMENT.
1. Risk less.
2. Get discount.
3. Secure Transaction.

According to me, Digital payment is the best way to remove the corruption. In which you can pay to any thing directly without using cash through the online transaction. There is no need to carry the cash. So the chance of Lost of the purse will make no harm to you. But this scheme is only for the literate people. And about 30% of the population of India is illiterate and do not know about the cyber crime and how to do the online transaction. So govt have to start awareness program for the rural area that they will aware about the digital payments.

According to me, digital payments are secure for the Indian economy as it carries lots of advantages with it but to go 100% cashless is not advisable as a section of Indian population is uneducated and they hardly will trust the digital payments as secure until & unless there will be some programs be arranged to educate them however it should be such that those who want to avail the services of digital payment they should go forward while those who are not able to use they should be educated and it should be their choice to use or not.

Thank you.

No, I think digital payments are not secured because we are living in an era where all the countries are being forward to us in cyber security. If it is possible for a hacker to hack the NASA database than it would be pebbles for him to reach to our bank accounts, also in our country people are not so active on cyber that they can protect themselves from this threat. From my point of view when cyber payments are executing in our country it should be highly protected by Indian government Through their cyber cell. So that we can go cashless one day.

I don't think this is a good step if you consider the whole country. If we consider only a state like Delhi where around 25-30% of the population don't even have permanent residence proof (living in unauthorised colonies) so most of the people don't have bank accounts. And people are not properly educated to handle the online transaction. Consider if you want to pay online through credit/debit card you have to pay tax. In order to save tax, you use a vendor like Paytm, meaning people will rely more on these sites which may not be the safest mode.

Digital Payment is technically a complex mechanism, but yet we ask if it is secure to carry out digital payments or not.

For a Bank to provide such a service, it must have -.

1. Skilled Employee on digital Technology.
2. IT Budget to provide an infrastructure.
3. Obedience to regulations from RBI and Ministry of electronics and IT.

And finally to make it more secure we must -.

1. Educate our family and friends about this trend and how to safely do it.
2. Strict regulation on banks to constantly upgrade their data centers or IT infrastructure.
