Are digital payments secure enough for the Indian economy to go cashless?

According to my opinion, digitalization is very good as we thanks to Modi for promoting digital India scheme's and campaigns and it becomes easy for public in large transactions to go cashless and there is decrease in corruption somewhat due to that Indian economic value will increase and my opinion is to improve some awareness programs those people who are illiterate then it is very easy to everyone how to do the transactions.

First, good morning to all friends and thanks for giving an opportunity to discuss this topic. Digital India means to save the time during the transaction of money. When we have transferred the money than it will be very useful.

There are more important to save the time and transfers the money anytime from anywhere so it is a very helpful for developing the our economic country. In our country digital system os better of growth the economics condition and when reforms of economic conditions in our country than there will be developing our country. So we have to use of the digital system. Thanks.

I would like to put my views on this topic as we know that sooner or later we will have to go cashless as the world around us going this way only. So, yeah the thing is not like we should go cashless or not but we should stay focused on how to secure the digital payments. The second thing is that it has its advantages as well as disadvantages like any other things. It helps us to save our time, the usage of paper will be reduced by doing so environment concern will somehow get ease. Tax issues will get resolved as many of shopkeepers earlier don't want to make bill of any payment so they can save their taxes, then again some if them sell the products at more than the original rate as we are not having any idea about the price of the products we are going to purchase. Disadvantages are there like the people who belongs to village area are not likely aware about this method even if they are they don't find it suitable as they are not used to it. But this is the problem we can solve by campaign, advertising which are now in process throughout the nation. So this is the only main concern besides the security and privacy of the method. Eventually we are going to be cashless but yeah we certainly need to find the modes which are secure enough to do digital transaction and it can be done with little concern.

Going cashless is certainly secure if compared to carrying around wads of cash. One can do nothing stealing an ATM card without knowledge of PIN, or password for online banking. But only up to certain extent. I believe on card transactions as the cards are linked to bank networks which were developed well before, also I get a confirmation on my mobile. But with these new cash transaction apps coming up, which may be still amateur networks, are very prone to get hacked, that is where I think is a weak link in the chain.

Many of us said before there is a large group of people having lack of knowledge regarding these online, cashless transaction. Certainly, these people can be easily fooled, but this new toy must be given in their hands only after proper guidance, the importance of keeping passwords, PIN a secret, and this a challenge that must be taken by us and promoted by our government, to make digitalization a success and secure.

According to my opinion, there are the digitalization of economy is necessary for stopping all the mischiefs done by the people whether they are from public or political parties. Digital payment gives more security to the Indian economy and helps to the public.

I would like to say that, Digital transactions are more helpful for our country's growth when we consider the correct tax findings over each transaction when compared with the normal cash payments. But Considering the current situation of our country internet issues and methods the digital payments are vulnerable to attacks in many ways like spoofing, phishing etc.

Before go for cashless we should go for the methods to make the digital transactions safer than cash transactions by providing highly secure paths for servers authorized particularly for cash transactions. The another most important thing that we should consider before going cashless is that the illiterate peoples living in our villages will face problems over this. So we should ensure that we adopt methods for educating them before go for the entire cashless country as they are also our nationals and they have also had their own ways to live as we live in our wills and ways.

Yes, going cash less is very important for India because people will pay the amount digitally so everu one will pay the taxes then there will be economic growth in country and our country's gdp rate is also going to increase. Corruption will also get decreased by using digital payments. But one thing is the people who are not educated are more in India so for them these digital payments will be difficult. So for that our government should keep some campaign programs to educate the people on how to transact the money digitally.

Nowadays, digital payment has been in a great demand as the Modi govt came into the rule and promote digital India by providing so many schemes and launch various campaign to promote digital payments. Digital payment means doing the transaction through a technology or doing the cashless transaction via machine "pos" apps like Paytm, BHIM, Mobikwik etc Digital payment is secure and ease mode of payment rather than carrying a large amount of cash, which can be pickpocketing robbery or snatching etc. Its very easy way to do transaction at any time and at any place where you want. Whereas we don't need to go bank for adding or withdrawing money due to this it can save our time as well as paper cost.

But the main problem is that 70% is agriculture Indian which doesn't know how to use and they don't want to indulge in any fraudulent or any spam. First of all digital payments is 10% safe and secure and do via trusted sites/pp. As rural peoples are not interested or indulge because of lack of knowledge and lack of awareness and illiteracy. Gov takes initiatives to launch various campaign and run policies that help rural peoples about these digital payments and educate about these benefits. This will lead to making our economy strong and developed India. We would go through a certain pain but this pain ensures a better future for sure.

In India, digital payments should be necessary to go cashless because we can save 3.5 to 7 billion trees cut downs each year and we no need to to be recycled and demonetized. But day by day our technology is increasing, and the hackers are also increasing. So we need more secure software to prevent stealing of our data from hackers. We need a payment which is more secure. Digital transactions are simple we need to do campaigns and educate the people to do digital payments. Through digital payment whatever tax should be paid to the government can be paid and we can avoid corruption and more over cards are less in less in weight we can easily carry to many places in our pocket where as cash it is heavy and not secure to carry more amount of cash. Digital transactions save the transport and Savage of time (because when we need to be paid a bill we should be in a line more wastage of time), directly paid to the merchant and it is simple to use. So we need a digital transaction which is more secure of our data and prevents of stolen of our data from hackers.

As we all know, when Modi Government come into role Digital India is growing faster. As per my opinion, digital payments are secure for the Indian economy to go cashless. Now everyone can go out without carrying cash at any place. There are so many apps available for payment like paytm, mobikwik, online sites etc. And it is safe to use. In urban areas, most of the people are operating digital payment but in rural areas, people don't know how to operate digital payment. They have to explain about the cashless system and for this Government can arrange a campaign to educate them all about this. So they also know about its usefulness. India is developing the country as we give knowledge about this to rural areas people it is one step for our country to become a developed country. There is also reducing corruption because people don't need any of middleman for work done work are directly done by people and at actual rate.
