Going cashless is a good start for making people independent so that they don't have to depend on others for payments or to manage their money but what we need is awareness. As we know that our country's most of the population is illiterate so before starting digital payment what government needs is to make people aware by conducting some awareness programs nd teaching rural people importance of their passwords nd with whom should they share their private information nd problems so that government can protect them from any kind of theft.
Well digital payments are secure enough for the Indian economy to go cashless as we hAVe seen this during demonitisation but we should be carefull during this.

According to me, digital payment is a nice step for economy. But in India, mostly people earn their livelihood in cash. Whether it be a trader or small shopkeeper everyone is involved in cash payments for years. And, suddenly switching to cashless is a very big thing. Many people don't know about cashless payment. Online frauds, scams etc are taking place so frequently that people are fearing to adopt cashless. Digital payment requires security. Digital payment requires security, awareness and dedication of whole nation. We should create awareness among people about digital payments. So I think cashless payment is not the current need of our country right now but it may be good after some years.

I am completely in favour of this, because of the following positive things :- fast processing, saves times, increases one's knowledge in technology sector, provides the convinence to the customers, helps one's to collect information easily in short in interval of time as while doing digital payments one is able to know about the others methods available to make digital payments (various types of credit cards, debits cards, and wallets available to make the desired payments) and also improves the communication between banks and customers who is going to use the digital payments option. So this is a source of future as well as present needs as this technology of payments is green and sustainable.

As my point of view, yes, digital payment are secure the Indian economy to go cashless because our country is 121 crore population country so between these it is difficult to find out a corrupt candidate without cashless and if payment happens a digitally then a lot of money will accumulate in bank which will give help to needy person as well as will be helpful to boost economy. It has a so many indirectly advantage like if we go toward a cashless payment then country's economy will increase other hands our country invest a lot of money to print currency if we go cashless then also save a lot of country's wastage money to print currency and this saving money can make a powerful in defence area.

Hi friends.
In my opinion, this is the current relavance topic. I would like to say now India is ready for 100 % cashless transition. But the problem arise here is all digital process is enough secure. There is no doubt that is time consuming, fast process but some people specially uneducated don't have knowledge about that so first upon we need to try create general awareness in people through arranging special workshop & training.
Even that we can't do 100% cashless because in the Eastern state have problem of network. And many time bank server problem also. Government should give guarantee of security because nowaday's cyber crime is one of the biggest challenge of the digitalization.

Yes, Definitely it is a very good initiative. But everything has pros and cons which have to be checked before implementing. One of the major causes of corruption in India is the corrupted people being unnoticed by the government. In the sense cash transfers are being done unofficially. This is the major advantage being used by the corrupted. So if the Digital payment system is implemented, government can know about every transaction being done which alerts the corrupted and corruption may decrease. But for this to happen every individual in the country has ti be aware of this system which takes a bit of time. So under sufficient guidance this system cam change the Indian Economy drastically.

Hello friends, well according to me, it's a very good idea to make payments digitally because by this way we can save time and efforts also this payment method gives the relief to bring money everytime and everywhere. But also, nowadays it is not the secured enough for the Indian economy as every person is relied on to paying money digitally and due to this many of the cyber crimes and cyber attacks are taking place. Recently, a cyber attack happened called 'ransomware attack' happened over a huge population of 99 countries including US and also they hacked a very popular organisation as we all know 'zomato'.
So friends, according to me now it's not secure enough to make payments digitally.

Hello,
As per my opinion, Nowadays, India Will Grow in 21st century, with Developing nation to Developed country. It is bold step taken by govt of India Is more helpful for future development of Indian Economy and Global Economy of India.
It is possible that Each And Every citizen of our India should connect through the digital payment system for growth of GDP of our Country By Proper Campaigning And advertisement in news channel, newspaper.
If PM takes such decision for people will come in the flow of digitization for the digital payment system and control corruption, if 125 cr. People are coming ahead one step for digital payment then and then 125cr. Bold steps will stop the corruption.

"India is country of villages". Many people in India are below poverty level (BPL). Many people are illiterate they don't know about digitalisation and internet security. Today digital payments are best way to achieve India's big aim "digital india" but this is not very much secure nowadays. Cyber crimes are very much popular in this digital field. Government should take action regarding cyber security.
Nowadays, buzz word "cryptocurrency" is very much spread in the digital market. There is no control of central authority in cryptocurrency. So it is the best way to make digital payment more secure.
Thus, India government should give permission for cryptocurrency to make India more secure.
