Digital payment helps to make transactions more easier than old days. But most of the rural area people they don't have the basic necessity of needs. So after improving the level of all our country people and then we move on other stage. Now the cashless economy is not possible.

Yes, I believe that digital payment is quite secure for the Indian economy to cashless. Threats come only when we are not using them securely and fall trap to fake calls and share important information. There are many features which makes digital payment secure and one of the best feature is OTP which is real time and only remains active for few seconds. There is hardly any chance that a person would be in a position to cross different level of security as in case of any digital payment which is secure through pin, Transaction password and also in many case security questions.

The main hurdle is not security but gaining the confidence of people in feeling confident with digital payment as it can't be relied upon everywhere due to availability of swap machine in every location and strong network availability. People still prefer to carry hard cash with them.

I would say that everything has some pros and cons. In a country like India, where the literacy rates are not at par with that needed for us to go cashless completely. Yeah, they are indeed secure enough but you can't go out everywhere expecting that you can pay by card. Moreover, there are situations where some transaction causes money to debit from one account but not debiting to the beneficiary's account. Seeing such cases people tend to become a bit tentative about these online transactions. So at first government should take proper steps to increase awareness amongst people, clear their fears regarding these issues and most importantly avail free internet access to common people.

Yes, digital payment is very good and of course, it is necessary for a country to develop. But for country first to take look on literacy of peoples. First, give them training about all this. And then apply this in the system for smoothness of work. And also improve security services.

Hello, dear friends.

The concept of digital India is very good and helpful for Indian economy. But first of all we have to develop and provide the internet facility to all peoples in a rural area and also generate awareness and trust among the people about benefits of cashless transactions. We also have to improve transparency in digital payments and built a strong shield to avoid cyber crime. The laws regrading cyber crime must needed to upgrade and more punishable.

Yes, the central government takes steps to make digital India process. Digital payment is one of the steps to make digitized. One of the major advantage of digital payment to reduce block money from owners. The private organization appreciate contributing digital payment to give Cashback offer and etc. So digital payment is an advantage for us.

Hi.

India (125 crore pop) will get some time to change from current situation to digital payments. Well talking about security, it will go on increasing day by day as many countries are successfully digitalized.

Digitalization must be there.
