According to me, it is a big decision taken by our PM to make India a country with the cashless economy and to make India a country based on a digital transaction. Of course, it is not possible to implement such a big thing in a country of diversifying environment easily but it is secure enough to go with the concept of digitalization for a money transaction to make our country free from corruption and to find out the actual wealth of the country. People will take a time to adopt the change and to become familiar with the changing needs of the environment. There could be a problem only in the rural areas or with the uneducated peoples so along with the big initiative government has to make plans to do campaigns or something else to make these peoples aware about the usage or how to go with the concept.

Yes, digitalization is a stepping stone towards development. We have been aware of the tax fraud in our country. People deliberately show that their income is not enough to pay tax. Though we face problems in digital transaction very often but there should be certain measures that can be taken while doing the transaction. I personally use digital payment most of the time and I think it's secure enough. So, in rare cases, we only find that there is some sort of malfunction in it. Everything has its own drawback but at least we should try to improve it to make it perfect.

Friends, As we know that this is the 21st century and we have to be with it in many ways. One of the ways is to move to digitalization of our daily life which is almost done as we use smartphones, laptops more than anything. If we can use smartphones so efficiently why can't we use digital payments too. It's convenient for mobile savys. It saves our precious time. But as we know that everything has good and bad aspects too there are some chances of frauds too in digital payments but as we know that life is full of risks we can take this risk. It is true that in current scenario digital payments in our country is not secure enough as we have not spent too much on the security features. Hence we can say that digital payments at this point of time are not secure enough for the Indian economy to go cashless.

Hello Everyone,

This is a very interesting as well as a very important subject of discussion. See guys, almost every country nowadays is going cashless and India will also have to opt this method some day then why not today. Yeah, there is a risk in digital payment especially for those who are not in practice but we have to go with the flow. Even a bird pushes out her child from the nest out in the air in order to teach it how to fly knowing that there is a risk in that. The Cashless economy will not only result in diminishing corruption but also save people from varies lots. Digital payment is also good for the old age people as they don't have to run and stand in the lines of the bank anymore, just in a click all their payment work is done. A change is always necessary and this is a positive change. Yes, there is some risk but in order to achieve something a little risk is necessary.

Recently, we have seen that ransomvirus affected the Indian banking system. Most of the atm machines are Windows xp and they are not updated which cause they hacked. So Indian govt should be prepared for any type of cyber attack in the future.

I agree @Md Zafar Iqbal.

Digital payments is not suit for the big transaction because the technology moves towards in bad way also where the hackers can hack our accounts and stole our money in accounts as we had seen that "ramsonware malware" the hackers are hacked our systems and demands some money for that to release the lock so this is the situation is going on so what I am saying is it is fit for small transaction only.

As an Indian Citizen, I go with digital payments may be it had created some people difficult in our country and also some of them may be not familiar with the digitalization may be it will be a factor for them to not to use it. But our government has introduced many awareness advertisements of using digital payment and also conducted some digital payment awareness programs in many part of villages, cities, colleges, government offices to make the peoples a part of this process and also makes them aware of it. It is necessary to develop our country in technology as well as to introduce those new technologies to our citizens.

There are certain apps are established for digital payments from the government side but it's our responsibility to check our using app information of security before using it, at least we have to check the app's feedback before using it and if we are using government apps the security is provided by the government only. In any case, we find some difficulties of using it or in its service, we can complain about it on certain authorities.

But it's our duty to make sure Is we are using the right app.

Hello everyone,

According to me, the digital payments are going to bring one of the most revolutionary changes in Indian economy. An Increase in digital payments will not only help in reducing corruption but it will also increase the GDP of our country thus improving the Indian economy.

The implementation of digital payments on a larger scale in a country like India will only be possible if our government takes the initiative of educating common people on how to make use of these. Though there are some disadvantages also like cyber crimes, hacking of net banking passwords, etc. But still due to the increasing security measures like sending one-time password for every transaction these frauds can be avoided.

Thus I would like to conclude by saying that Yes, the digital payments are secure and these will help in improving the Indian economy to a great extent.

In my point of view, it is a great step to make India as digitalization. First of all, I would like to thank you our honourable PM Narendra Modi sir for taking this decision because India is not a small country if the decision is wrong it will affect the total economy of the country.

The main problem in digitalization in India is illiterancy. Rural peopel don't know how to make cashless transactions and so many peopels don't have still bank accounts so before making cashless transaction need to increse the litercy percentage and tell the uses of this transactions to rural peoples then only digitalization is working.

The main advantages are decrese the courruption percentages, time saving is main advantages.
