In my point of view, digital payments secure enough for the Indian economy to go cashless.

Because digital payment have some advantages like it saves time, it is safe.

But there is little chance for hacking.

For making 100% secure payment, our country is required to adopt security techniques which is used in other country like USA, japan.

No.

According to my point of view, I can say it is not secure enough. Hackers are well trained and can track each and every piece of information from even the educated folks. The illiterate persons can easily be manipulated by a single phone call asking for very important details.

And getting fooled nowadays.

Even Literate people are finding much difficulty to get to know about full features of recent apps and websites.

I prefer a perfect worldwide awareness about all basic digital features trending nowadays throughout the entire world and each person should be educated about the negative side of the product so that can alert them while using it.

I think people living in rural areas must be taught how they can do digital payments by starting campaigns and also government should employ few people in banks who could teach rural peoples how to do a secure transaction. In this way, some people would also get employed and maybe the problem would be resolved.

It's is beneficial in this 21st century.

Instead of wasting paper it leads to the growth of advancement and talking about security we have to rely on our IT experts. Hacking takes place because people in rural are not fully aware of the use of digital use.

So first make aware them and leads India to the height of advancement technique.

Hello,

In my opinion, to develop of the economy of India and develope of our lifestyle digital payment is the step of achieving this development. And this system worked but not properly. This system basically developed work system which is used in daily life and gives a different way of our thinking about everything. Basically, lack of knowledge about that system is the weakest point of digital payment. This seen in the rural area. So that a/c to me one system should be strictly developed to increase information about this system, basically for a rural area. Knowledge about this system should be applied in study materials, in this step protect various problems regarding the digital India like hacking etc.

Yes, no doubt digital payments are secure enough, but India is not ready to go cashless now. The best example can be cited 1 year ago when 500 and 1000 rs notes were banned. That period can be considered as the sink of Indian economy. India was not ready for demonetization then, and is not ready for going cashless now. Also, about 25% of India belongs to rural areas so they are also to be considered, as how can you expect an uneducated person to use card swipes or online transactions with no difficulty.

In that digital payment govt first tell or give assure and precautions also advantages of online payment to the people govt also appoint some officer particular rural side for that work to tell how it works, if some times transaction fails due to network or any problem also give assurance it's help to connect people.

It's take time but definitely I must say Indian economy to go cashless with highly secure.

In my perception as everything has a both side also in case of digital payments has two sides. Talking about the positive effects are it is very effective and Convenient way for the transaction. Talking about the literacy rate according to 2017 census it is 71.04% means there is a huge literacy rate in India if an illiterate person is able to work on Facebook and whats-app then he will also capable of transferring money using online transaction. Now talking about the cons in India there is no such hard and fast rule for the cyber attacks and also this year 27000 cases of cyber attack has been register and it may reach to 50000 till December which means that the government does not have the proper infrastructure for empowering the digital payments and also because of increasing cyber crime rates the people doesn't feel safe to transfer money.
