Hi friends, in my point of view digital payment is great idea but many peoples not aware of any digital devices so that government Have to initiate learning environment to those areas who are not aware of digital devices and also govt should give complete responsibility to money if any illegal activities like hackings govt provides this all means definitely Indian govt will reach top in world.

Somehow it is possible for the hacker or say cheaters who fool the common person of India (i.e) who is not aware enough about digital payments. Day by day there is increasing demand for digital payments across the country to complete the digital India dream but limited to cheat and frauds.
It is necessary for the government to take necessary actions to resolve the root cause of online frauds.

Hello friends.
In my opinion, digital payments are not secure enough for the Indian economy to go cashless.
I will explain how to point wise.
* Digital platform has the highest risk. Hackers hack into your server through the network and can steal your bank related data.
* Many frauds are being done to the people through the network.
* Digital payments are not as secured as cash payments.

Yes. All of you covered all the points that support cashless India. I just want to add one more point into it, Due to digital payment the major problems such as kidnapping, security threatening surely will reduce. Police can easily track them.
And funny part is no one has that courage to ask money by online or they will provide someone their Paytm number. Lesser the crime happier the nation.

As we all are here for a discussion on digital payment secure enough for the Indian economy to go cashless. As we all know that in early time India was known by the name sone ki chidiya so to bring that day again we have to do some changes so we can make our India sone ki chidiya once again, digital payment helps in many ways like it saves our time and also contain our records for future use.

As India has more young population than any other country in the world it should be easy for at least the urban population to make digital payments and take an initiative towards cashless transactions. As digital transactions have a lot of advantages like saving paper, reduction in the cost of printing currency, it keeps the transaction details properly, it will save the time of the consumer.

I think digital payments are secure in India, though there are many illiterate people in India in both rural and urban areas and they don't know how to use it but still curb corruption and middleman system it is better that we should choose digital payment transaction because to make India cashless and aware of technology we have to take step either today or tomorrow, then why not today only.

Many newspapers stated that due to demonetization people affected a lot and govt has taken many initiative steps to flourish digitalisation launched LGY, BHIM, UPI.
But actually only 0.2% people had participated.
In digitisation. So India first needs to develop in the education sector and motivate and create awareness on digital payments.
As per my view, I am strongly opposed digitisation.

Hello everybody.
In my opinion, it is a very good and bold decision of a govt to make Indian economy cashless. There are numerous benifits of going cashless. But at same time security is big concern for it. So before making Indian economy cashless there should be high security that digital payments are secure enough. Secondly there should enough training and education to the people of India.

At present, NO but after few year definitely yes.
Keeping in mind the literacy rate of our country and number of people who know how to use the internet it won't be a great idea to completely digitize our money at present.
But what we can do is teach those people who don't know how to use an internet to bridge the gap. Which will not only practical is the scheme but also reduce insecurity?
